Kay jewelers is a scam they give u a lifetime warranty except they dont tell u you have to bring it every six months for an inspection if not your warranty is no valid i lost a diamond and after them getting my size wrong and me having warranty they still charged me for the re-​ingraving and the diamond and the manager Diana Herrera is a scam artist and she does not care about the customer she is a very disrespectful lady and should be fired

This is the Kay Outlet in Dolphin mall. My boyfriend and I went browsing for engagement rings. This was our first stop the sales person was okay, not very talkative though. She asked my boyfriend a few times to apply for the Kay card, he told her no quite a few times, I was getting very annoyed. We also told her our budget and she kept showing me rings that were 2 thousand dollars over. I understand that they need to make sales (I used to work retail a long time ago) but there’s no need to disregard our budget. I know my boyfriend wont be coming here for my engagement ring.
