Great place to get your restaurant supplies but sometimes they ran out of items or have different brands of the same item that perhaps are not the right size or are more expensive. But over all a good place.

This place its a ZOO!!! Even douh prices are just ok! The lines are always crazy they never have all register open. And not only that in order to check out you got to go thru 4 different checkpoints. 1^st register which usually are short of people need to check all products which also 40% of them they need the codes from the supervisors because they are not scannable. Then 2^nd a supervisor counts everything and sign the check which again they only have either 1 or 2. Then the 3^rd check point is were you pay and again short of people usually 3 registers only out of 7 if you count costumer service.
And for last check point a guy counts everything and sign you before going out.
The 2 guys that are amazing there is the grey hair guys in the paper cups station and the Uruguayan Kid at the register always fast, polite and helpful.
And let’s not forget the carts which most of them are messed up so its a work out pushing does things around.
And the renovated parking lot what was the point of this if the people parks however they feel like. Without respecting each spot.

Good choice for the restaurants and to the house, variety incredible in foods and beverage, really good

I was dragged in the other day by my husband. He said it’s not pretty but similar to Costco, and more for restaurant buying. He makes purchases for his work. When we pulled into the parking lot I was surprised at how big it is. Pretty large warehouse. We walk in and I thought cool I will grab a few things for home.
This place is a large warehouse that is dingy, nothing fancy that is for sure.
When restaurants go out of business coming here makes you understand why. The specials they have on meat seem to be very good, but wow the bowls, cutlery, plates, utensils are so high in price. I guess if you do not know any better it can be a one stop shop but I found their prices to be ridiculous.
They have items such as ketchup and mustard bottles, salt and pepper shakers, mixing bowls, all kinds of utensils, cups, flatware, etc… drinks, food, snacks, candy and some high end restaurant equipment.
I will say though, two different employees spoke with me and both spoke to me in English as the other reviewers stated nobody spoke English here, I did not see this. Maybe they read your reviews.
I will stick with Costco.

Horrible Experience…
Nobody there wants to speak english, Even if they can. I was there with my gringo friend. And he wanted to understand the stupid answers I was getting there…
80% of the personnel was chatting in groups and doing absolutely nothing.
The place is a mess…
What is the manager of this place doing?? ?
What are the standards? I’m trying to understand, and I can’t!
Anybody can do better, simply because they are just not trying at all.
Hell I want a job there!

very good price and deal… little messy and some stuff not speak english at all :(come on guys you live in United States at least you try to speak daily conversation…
