PROS: The place is in a great location, it is close to everything and the apartments are very roomy for the price. There is plenty of parking and maintenance is satisfactory.
CONS: The place looks run down
There is a roach infestation (even after they fumigate), these animals live in the walls, it’s disgusting!
The parking lots flood
