Randall and his crew were professional, courteous and highly skilled. They were meticulous in the installation of marble subway tile and a stone flooring to our satisfaction(and we were very picky). The price was fair and the quality of the work was outstanding.

My experience was one of those bad situations that gives contractors a bad reputation. I had the floor of the entire house replaced with 24×24 travertine and 2 bathrooms remodeled. As per the contract and quote it was only one charge for laying and finishing the floor tile(Polished or Not). In the end he did a small section polished so we could decide which way we wanted it. We wanted to go with the polished look to bring out the color. He then came back with a written estimate quote of an additional charge which was not agreed upon according to the contract. I had multiple uneven sections where I had to bring in another contractor to sand down the tiles to make it even and polish the floor. We used 12×24 porcelain tiles and glass in the bathrooms. I didn’t like how they were so conservative on the amount of mud they were using on the tiles and glass in the bathrooms. He said not to worry and the grout would help keep the materials to the wall. Well the materials started falling off the walls. This delayed the original finish date because we had to reorder the tiles at the expense of the contractor. Then he comes back to tell me that it was some special kind of porcelain that needed a special mud to hold them. Well if you didn’t try to cut corners and expenses in the beginning it would have cost you less in the end. Needless to say I was completely unsatisfied and highly recommend to not use their services.
