I started fanning myself in excitement when I realized what a little jewel box I had walked into. This store brims with sweets and aromatics. It’s a little expensive(more than Freshmarket), but you buy in bulk. The items are high quality and fresh, more so than aforementioned Freshmarket, with a unique selection. –You can slice fresh halvah and pick jelly candies scented in rose and pistachio(Raise your hand if you read«The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe» and were haunted for years by «Turkish Delight». And then you had it and it was fucking delicious!) –They sell top quality nuts and seeds that are freshly roasted. I bought macadamia, and they were fresh and creamy, very lightly salted. –Spices: individual spices like smoked paprika, cardamom pods, and whole nutmeg. They also sell blends like za’atar, seasoning for shakshukah, and curry blend. –I spotted canisters of rice blended with herbs and spices for pilaf in a hurry. –Rose water, –pomegranate syrup, –honey cakes. –baklavah –Herbal and fruit teas(tisanes) though I did not see any whole leaf black or green teas. — What I was most delighted by: the artisinal dried fruits. Very good quality dates, glaceed kiwi, dried sour apricots(fat, moist, plump, and tasty– a far better grade than any little rubber nub you buy at a grocery store. These were like dried plums). Dried dragon fruit, persimmons, carambola, coconut chips. The natural dried pineapple rings, at $ 14/lb., are not cheap, but no added sugar, just concentrated natural pineapple goodness. These were delicious! You can find comparable quality dried dates and nuts at a good ethnic grocery store for about the same or little less. But the selection here is outstanding; it’s like a mini, modern spice market. So if you’re specifically looking for a diverse assortment, excellent quality, and kosher, this is it!

This is a cool little store that’s slightly off the beaten path, but well worth checking out! They have a great selection of candies, dried fruits, Middle Eastern desserts(think baklava and halva), nuts in all different flavors and varieties, snacks, food seasonings, spices, etc. Many of the items are imported direct from Israel. You could spend an hour pursuing the aisles and taking in the smells, and if you want to sample something, just ask. Everything is kosher too. Parking is very limited, and prices are on the expensive side, but they do price by weight. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall though, a nice find in the Miami area for exotic snacks and other treats!

If only they had Turkish pistachios I’d give them five stars. Owner and staff are super friendly. Such a great variety. We’re looking forward to trying the spice blends in our home cooking — they smell so good and aren’t loaded with salt per the ingredient’s lists.

I would love to live in such a place! So great tasty nuts, dry fruits and spices. I bought sunflower seeds and some spices, and really enjoyed them all. Don’t miss that place!

This is my new favorite place for nuts and snacks. Everything is fresh, and the prices are reasonable, all sold by weight. I stop here and pick up, «our weekly stash» for the weekend. They have fresh nuts, fresh spices for cooking, fresh teas and specialty candies from Israel. I have even put together a basket of goodies for a friends we were visiting, and they loved it. Also, this place is kosher, for my Jewish friends.
