Once again, I had to call Harper’s Air Inc. to fix an AC in my other Miami condo. Same story. The «other» HVAC company’s have incorrectly serviced this system and now it was over heating. Harper’s super knowledgeable Technician was able to correctly diagnose and remedy the problem. Problem solved.

HORRIBLE company! We needed a mini split cleaned (that is it) and voiced this via phone. They said they would send someone out. Tech walked in, took a picture and walked out. Tech said they do NOT clean these systems, and would have to talk to GM. They ultimately suggested several times to buy a new AC (which they of course sell) or to take it off wall and into their shop where they couldn’t be responsible for not breaking it in process. Yet they gladly assemble new ones you purchase all day long. HMM? When leaving they made sure to charge for diagnoses fee of 69.95 $ for something they don’t do. SO basically was charged a 69 $ for them to come to home and try to hustle a new AC unit.
