I have done business for over a year and it has been smooth every time!!! My favorite part about his watch shop is that he is willing to give fair trade for my old Rolex whenever I buy a new one. Glad I found this hidden gem

I had a horrible experience with Gold Watch Co. My 32^nd birthday is right around the corner and my mother wanted to buy me a Submariner two tone blue which they claimed they have in stock. I was told by Dennis on june 10, 2015 that they have several of those in stock and they will have it polished and ready for me for pick up on the 11^th of june. I called on the 11^th to ask about what time should I come in to pick up my watch and Dennis said the man who polishes the watches is too busy and I will have to wait another day. I said fine and finally today I called them to make sure the watch was ready. I live in Ft Lauderdale and didn’t want to drive to downtown Miami unless I was sure the watch was ready. I was told by a extremely rude salesman by the name of Tavio or Taviar that the watch has been sold yesterday. I asked why they would tell me they would have the watch and then go on to sell it yesterday even though Dennis had committed to selling the watch to me and I had even offered to put a deposit on the watch. Tavio/​Taviar told me if im a serious buyer I need to come into the store and hung up on me. I called the Manager Sam and he did apologize and said he will give me a $ 50 discount for the «Inconvenience».
I work in sales and I am shocked at how this company operates. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from a company whose salesmen treat their customers in this manner. If they are like this before the sale then you can only imagine how you will be treated after the sale.
My suggestion for the management and owners would be to keep trained and professional Sales Consultants who make decent commissions on every sale so they can provide better customer service and the company doesn’t lose sales and receive bad reviews because of their behavior.
