I saw Tish after a highlight mishap at another salon– she took the time to examine the issue, understand my vision and create a solution that was in the best interest of my hair. She enhanced my natural color while toning and blending my existing highlights– my hair looks AND feels great! Thanks Tish!

I had Peter as my stylist and he did a great job with my balayage treatment on top of my natural color. I came out with a natural sun-​kissed look that I was going for. Peter was very nice to talk to. The salon is very elegant inside with lovely employees. And to top it off the Salon has free parking which is always a great way to start any experience!

I cut my hair with Tish Williams and she was excellent. She listened very well to what I wanted and was very polite. She has a wonderful smiley personality and is very kind. I felt I could easily trust her with my hair. The salon is very nice and well located in Miami. Parking was free and not a problem. The hair wash was incredible with a scalp massage. I loved it.

I was searching for the best balayage salon in Miami to give some spice to my look. I checked Unilocal and trusted all the ladies who said Glam Hair Studio was the top so I booked my appointment 4 days ago and yesterday I had a privilege to do a complete change up with Tish! She is the best! I walked in with a shoulder length brown thin hair and walked out feeling fabulous! She did the best balayage colour and cut my hair to look healthy and thick! I am super happy to pick this salon and Tish! She was funny, kind and professional! She wasn’t letting me go until I get the best style and looking fabulous! This is the kind of attitude what I looking for! Professionalism at the highest level! Very nice atmosphere, clean and everyone had a great attitude with a smile! I am definitely going back and keeping Tish as my personal hair stylist!

I loved Gleam studio, their professionalism and personal warmth. My hair dresser Tish was the most amazing! She did a fantastic job dealing with my colored hair to create beautiful ashy blond. She went above and beyond to make the hair the way I wanted it. I fell in love with Tish:) everyone else in the studio was also super sweet and courteous. I recommend it!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I went to gleam for a balayage which ended up being the most mediocre color service I have ever received and it cost $ 220. The owner Carole assured me that Tish who performed my color is highly skilled and I will end up with beautiful color. I ended with under processed hair that is orange and doesn’t look like a balayge at all. After seeking the opinion of two highly experienced stylist, they both confirmed that the color is botched and that it needs to be completely corrected, which will cost me another $ 200. I talked to the owner the same day after I returned home and i was able to clearly see the color, and she questioned me about why i didn’t do a blow-​dry, which was going to be an extra $ 50 on top of the $ 220. She should have been concerned about the botched color instead and the incompetence of her team. When I emailed the salon with pictures of my hair and expressed my disappointment again, I received no reply back and it has been almost a week. My hair is damaged from the cheap bleach they used. My hair hadn’t been colored in almost 2 years, it should have been the easiest color to accomplish since it was applied on virgin hair but Tish managed to utterly butcher my color although I told her that I wanted something very natural looking.
Mediocre salon and mediocre service. Carole assured me that they use high end l’oreal bleach but I highly doubt it. These reviews have to be written by close friends and family because it is the worst experience I have ever had and the worst salon I have ever been to. They are not experienced enough to be doing balayage!!! they have no idea what they are doing with color whatsoever!!! especially Tish who is responsible for this nightmare and who has completely ruined my hair.
I have consulted with 3 stylists to fix the botched color Tish did, and they were all appalled at how horrendous the color was. They could not believe that a professional stylist did the color…
PLEASE save your money and hair and go to a reputable salon that can adequately perform a balayage. This salon knows nothing about color and especially not balayage! they should be using olaplex with their bleach to minimize the damage from the cheap bleach they use. All luxury salons use them, this a crappy salon trying to pass for a high end salon.

I called gleam about 2 weeks ago for a consultation. I spoke to Bella who is a sweetheart and scheduled me with Tish. When I arrived Bella greeted me and was so warm and friendly. The salon is very chic and trendy. Clean and neat. I was immediately sat in a hair station and then met Tish. Tish was just as friendly and professional and sweet as Bella. We spoke as she took a look at my hair. She listened to my current issues with the hot mess, that wast current hair situation. I mentioned I had photos and we must have looked at 10 different photos that all had some aspect of what I wanted. Tish was clear and concise in what her plan was. I booked my appointment and just left from there today the happiest girl in the world. Not only did Tish once again confirm we were still on the same page but the owner, Carol, also introduced herself and gave her professional opinion as well. My hair was a bad mixture of streaky white highlights and a very bad attempt of balayage. The cut was completely uneven and the bangs. Smh. The bangs shall not be be mentioned. Tish used her magic and precise touch to blend and create natural looking dimension on my hair. She fixed the cut and executed the new cut I had in mind, perfectly. At the end of the day this truly was a 5 star experience and Tish has a client for as long as she’ll have me! Thank you gleam!
P. S. The massage I received from the girl that washed my hair was by far the best massage I’ve ever had done on my head. Period.

I had my first appointment at Gleam yesterday and I’m still on cloud 9 about my hair. I was lucky to have Tish transform my hair from frumpy to fabulous. I must have shown her 6 different photos of Ombré Balayage that were «almost» what I wanted. Somehow she worked magic and exceeded my expectations. It was worth every penny. The entire staff was beyond nice and Tish was fantastic. I’ve had nothing but compliments since I left there. I wont be visiting any other salon again and I will recommend the Gleam Team at every opportunity.

Absolutely obsessed with Gleam! Not only do they have the friendliest receptionist, Bella, but they also have the nicest and most talented hairstylists in Miami. Tish has been doing my hair for 4 years now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The products they use always leave my hair looking and feeling like a million bucks! The salon is upscale, trendy and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hair salon with expertise in color, cuts and even up-​dos.
PS– the head massages are the cherry on top!

I had a very unfortunate situation happen to me on Friday with a hairstylist I had been going to for years. I had mentioned to him I wanted to do an ombré balayage to my hair. It was a disaster! You could see the separation between the colors, some highlights weren’t completely painted, it was just a mess! I wanted to CRY! My hair has always been a huge deal for me given that I have so much of it! Anyway, a lot of patients at the office I work in have recommended we go to Gleam Hair Studio so I gave them a call as soon as they opened on Saturday morning and Carole answered the phone. Very attentively she listened to what had happened to me and put me on hold to try to accommodate me that same day. It’s very hard to get an appointment here, some stylists are booked months in advance! But she was able to book me with Peter.
When I got there I was greeted and sat immediately. I explained to Peter the problem I had and he explained everything that he would do to fix it. Any stylist can cut and blowdry hair, but it isn’t the same when you KNOW about colors and how to get the perfect shades. Well Peter is a pro! Very skilled and professional! Everyone there is very attentive and kind. You feel cared for. Which is very important! I was so happy I was able to go in and get my problem fixed! I should’ve gone there to begin with! But stuff happens! And the outcome was GREAT! Now, it isn’t on the cheap side, but you pay for what you great which is pure perfection! Today at work a couple of patients asked me for the information because they really loved the worked Peter had done to my hair!

I have gotten the best hair cut and balayage with ombré highlights. If you’re looking to do balayage, they are the experts! No hair dresser has ever gotten my hair right except for here. Don’t think twice about going to Gleam!

Stanley is the best hair stylist I have ever had. When I learned he was cutting hair at Gleam I couldn’t wait to get there so he could work his magic. I was greeted very professionally did not have to wait as I made an appointment. The shampoo conditioner was unique and relaxing. The studio was clean and well decorated. I was offered a drink and then I sat down to get my hair cut. The cut was absolutely the best I have ever had. I look forward to my next appointment and highly recommended this hair studio and Stanley.

Been going to Gleam since it opened, this salon is the best at any service and/​or treatment you are looking for. This is my first time coming to gleam hair studio and I’m so happy that I took the chance trying a new hair salon. I am very picky about who does my hair and this was the Best decision I could’ve ever made. Tish is absolutely amazing she is kind and sweet, and extremely talented she took her time with me and went above and beyond my expectations! Definitely a life long customer well worth the one hour drive. Anyone who is looking to give a new salon a chance you will not regret trying this one.
