Great healthy food, friendly staff at an affordable price. My negative experience is that i came here to eat a few times on a Saturday noon and they were closed although their schedule says they are open on Saturdays

Healthiest lunch spot in Downtown Miami. Salads are really quality overall, especially the Napa and a few others. The manager is super nice. The employees(most) are clearly miserable to have to work, and seem subtly snarky at a once a week customer for making them work at 2pm. Typical Miami. God forbid you have to work at a job you dislike; take pride in whatever you do, no matter what, and lose the ultra slacker attitude is the recommendation. This only applies to a few of them. There’s been a few times when there were no customers, but yet a five minute wait to get one’s order taken ensued. Its a business district; lets spell that out, shall we. Overall a good place for a quick lunch if you can ignore the shitty attitude of a few of the workers who ought to apply elsewhere.

Love their salads & wraps. I brought my friend who was visiting from NYC& she loved it. She was hoping that they would open one up there too. The Thai Thai salad is amazing however you order it, as a wrap or a salad. Staff is very friendly.

Best salads and soups in downtown Miami. Love their dressings and their soups. Salads are made right in front of you and you pick what you want. Love it!

I am trying so damn hard to give these people my business right now but to no avail. I’ve been hitting redial and letting the phone ring for an extended period of time for a minimum of 10 minutes. Yes, all of 10 minutes. Well past my usual point of giving up. because when I have my sights set on something, I’m determined to get it. After a hectic day, I can’t afford to take the time to get out of the office for lunch. Thought delivery would be ideal. I’ll just order from somewhere else. Peace out, Giardino!

4 years ago I went to high-school in downtown Miami and we were aloud to walk off campus for lunch, it was wasn’t long until I found Giardinos Gourmet Salad and fell in love! I love a good salad. I love that you can let the person making your salad know exactly how you want it. A lot f chicken, a lot or a small amount of dressing, some of this some of that ect. And they will always comply with whatever you desire. This place was my go to salad bar when I was in highschool and now even when I go to Miami it’s a must go to spot for a quick lunch. Fresh N Easy There really aren’t any cons for me because you can tell them exactly how you want it. They don’t just make it, you tell them and they put whatever it is you want and how you want it in your salad. I love Giordani’s Gourmet Salad way better that Salad Creations. The way my Ceaser Chicken Salad tastes here than there is completely different.

Giardino’s in downtown is under new ownership and it’s been such a positive change. I eat here atleast 2⁄3 times per week and everyone is friendly and attentive. Paula, the new owner is running an excellent DT lunch. All the salads are fresh with excellent portions. The piccolo is always more than enough. I like to make my own salad and choose the dressing and toppings. I recommend checking out the menu and toppings online before getting there so you don’t hold up the lines. The soups are very flavorful and pack quite a bite. I’m so happy with the new changes and I think you’ll find them very pleasing as well. Best place to get a salad in downtown Miami.

I love this place! Or at least I love their delivery since I haven’t been in yet. But I ordered the large Parisan salad with 2 scoops of tofu. The tofu was chopped up in real small cubes which was perfect. It included tasty croutons, slivered almonds, green apple pieces, toasted garlic and a dressing. To my surprise the girl on the phone spoke English! Not broken English, like real English! She was super nice, my salad was at my door in 18 minutes and the delivery girl was nice too. I can’ wait to order again. Oh and the large salad size is enough for 3 meals so the price really isn’t bad at about $ 6 per serving.

Pretty decent lunch spot, but it could be great if they would just get fresh lettuce. I don’t get why they would even think about including wilted lettuce if they’re going to charge 8 – 15 bucks, but it’s happened multiple times. If your focus is 100% on salad, step one is definitely to have fresh lettuce. The other ingredients are mostly fresh, but they don’t use California avocados which are much better in salads. Seems like they really skimp on quality ingredients while simultaneously over charging which kind of gives you the feeling that you’re being robbed. Fix the wilted issues and overdressing and this place would be 4 stars.

Wow! I’ve never felt so awful after paying my hard earned money. So, go to this new salad place order a salad for myself and two co-workers. The salad was made, but they forgot to include the protein(which is actually an extra fee). Once my co-workers discovered their salads didn’t have the protein they paid for… they asked me to call and let Giardino’s know. THATWAS A MISTAKE!!! The owner in the nastiest tone ever told me that«it’s only a salad… what’s the big deal.» Ultimately, she sent over«shots» of tuna for them and one dessert to me for the inconvenience. She asked me have them contact her directly as she would«do whatever it takes to make things right.» They called over and the owner told my coworkers that she had sent the ONE yogurt/dessert over for the two of them. In other words, told them that I had stolen their dessert. LUCKILY, neither coworker was a supervisor. All in all… just not good business practices there. The staff was amazing friendly… In short, mistakes happen, but that CRAZY… UPSETTING response leaves me feeling less than comfortable with the Giardino’s in Brickell.

Didn’t love it. I have had better salads at places that don’t specialize in salads. Cute restaurant though.

A little bit confusing price-wise and selection-wise. You have a selection of salads and can add on top of that for a fee or make you own salad from the start. Base price depends on the size of your bowl, protein is extra. You can add as many veggies you want as long as it fits in the bowl you picked. Ingredients are fresh but there are lot of middle white parts in the lettuce(the base of the lettuce and parts you take out when you clean your lettuce and that you don’t eat). Good portions for around $ 9 – 10. Will go back.

I want to like this place because there are not too many salad places in Miami(that I know of. if there are… enlighten me please!) BUTITJUSTISN’T GOOD!!! People are being fooled! Everything tastes like it came out of a bag from Sysco Food Distributor which is fine but the lettuce tastes OLD and bland!!! The veggies, the dressing and the rest of the stuff that goes in it just doesn’t taste fresh. Salads are heavily dressed and the chicken tastes like fake chicken strips. It’s also really expensive for a really boring salad that. I’ve tried this place three times at two different locations and gotten three different things… I just can’t like it.

Busy busy busy for lunch time during weekdays at downtown! Check out the menu before hand because the salad line moves fast! and more customers come in. first come first serve. A bit on the expensive side, their salads have tons of lettuce. Not much of the goodies that you want just a tad more. Oh well… healthy lunch.

Giardino’s is one of my favorite places for quick lunch downtown. They really care about ingredients. The lettuce is fresh, crisp and appetizing every time. They have about 50 million choices of salads and they’re all unique and special, for example, brie or feta or blue or parm for the cheeses; cashews or pecans, or walnuts for the nuts; pumpernickel or Parmesan or sesame or plantain chips for the croutons. I appreciate the thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and creativity. I also appreciate the fact that when you show up there, they make the salad on the spot in an open kitchen environment. They’re quick and pleasant and generous. I always get the piccolo(small) and it’s plenty of salad at a very fair price. One thing that doesn’t thrill me is the plastic containers and utensils even for eat-in. The tables and street-view seating are cute, but the cheesy plastic stuff isn’t.

I don’t know why there’s two listings for Giardino in downtown Miami, and even at the same location. Either way, this salad spots was just okay for me. It’s definitely not more than 3-stars. PROS: + healthy choices + rewards system — buy 10 salads or wraps and get one free CONS: — overdressed salads(as in too much salad dressing) — skimped on crab for Crab Louis even though it’s a dollar extra(makes me suspicious about other salads with meats) — for sit-ins, they should have better plating than plastic containers. For fast-food salads, this place does probably fit the bill well. There’s some other salads already prepared next to the counter that may not be in the menu — and with less greens to soak up the dressings, they may also be better. Check the whole place out first before deciding on what you want!
