Quality of food and freshness was awful, portions have become smaller and prices have gone up. I have no idea how they are surviving. The melting pot has been our destination for our wedding anniversary all around the US but in Miami we had a horrible experience with food x 2. We are done with this place and it is really sad because it has meant so much to us for the past few years.

I hadn’t been here in years. We found cockroaches at our dinner table and told the manager. We didn’t even get a discount. All we got was, «Oh, guess someone left food under the seats.» Last time I was here was probably eight years ago. Won’t be back anytime soon.
