The place starts off being really good during the term because of orientation and because they want to leave a good impression on people who could potentially buy the meal plan, but after a few weeks the food becomes repetitive, of low quality and many if the things are missing. Also many of the employees don’t speak English at all, it’s an international university… Average place but not worth it and you will get tired of it.

This place is good. It has plenty of stuff to eat. The food doesn’t take like a 5 star restaurant but if definitely hit the spot. It’s clean and it’s a buffet. FIU is really stepping it up. It definitely beats going to a fast food chain when i’m here.

This place is GREAT! The food is good, the atmosphere is excellent and it feels like a resort!
Pros: Great seating, outlets at every booth, a WIDE assortment of food and drinks and REALLY well priced. They renovated the old buffet place into something to be proud of where you might actually LINGER for other reasons that «getting your money’s worth»
There are TV’s, electrical outlets, coffee machines, infused water machines, soda, juice, all kinds of food and MORE!
Cons: Honestly the only one… no bathroom without leaving. I’m sure this is done on purpose so people don’t sit ALL day long.
