Great place, great location, GREAT service. The woman at the front desk was terrific. The one thing that I found a little off was that I asked for a «climate controlled» unit. There’s no air conditioning. The climate is controlled by the climate outside. Other than that it’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend you store anything that can be ruined by heat or humidity. The elevator is very spacious… I was able to fit an entire sofa.

During a tough moving time these guys at extra storage have been great! Juan with great, friendly service as well as Iliana who helped in a tough bind when the elevator broke at almost midnight. With little or no hesitation she immediately moved me to a lower level space to help me in that tough moment! I really appreciate all their help, they’ve been awesome!
