I’ve had dealings with a lot of shared/​short-​term office suites, but none of them have offered the quality I expect in my office space and staff. The space is conservatively elegant, class-​A office space, and the staff is phenomenal. Instead of the rudeness and general disdain I’m used to from shared work space staff, it’s almost as if I have an office butler!
I will recommend this space to everyone who is looking for executive office space a cut above the standard fare.

I’ve been renting office space here at the Executive Suites at Grand Bay for over a year now and it’s been a great experience overall! The building has all the amenities you could want and a view of the water that helps me relax after a long days work ;) I like Coconut grove because it’s right on the water and has several local bars and restaurants that I like going to. You don’t have to go driving all around town to have dinner or meet friends for happy hour, everything is right next door!

Being entirely fond of the Coconut Grove area in Miami, naturally led me to look for an executive suite on Main Hwy for my new business. I had been to MANY offices in Miami but none had impressed me more than those at the Grand Bay Plaza. The receptionist, Jacqueline, was exquisitely charming and showed me around the second floor where the suites are located. They have two conference rooms (big plus) and a professional answering service. Of the many advantages of being in the Grove, my favorite is being just a block away from Fresh Market– free coffee! I’m sold.
