What is luxury service? A warm welcome, attended right away, repair on the spot, smile, and advice. And this is what I got today. Came to repair my husband eye glasses. No charge for helping me . I ll be loyal to this store when we renew our prescription. Because of that ! Thank you to the lady black hair, small glasses ! Very professional!

Was having dinner with family at Mary Brickell. My daughter had a new prescription for glasses and we went in to see if she liked anything. There were two woman working and 1 man purchasing glasses. I asked if we needed to chose glasses(all are locked up) and ask them to remove them from each case. To which I received a curt«yes». We then stood for 5 minutes waiting for 1 of the 2 woman to look up at us and attempted to get their attention. Neither acknowledged us. We were dressed nicely and clearly had the ability to shop at this store of vaulted glasses. We left. I don’t recommend that you bother!

I’ve been a customer since the place opened a few decades ago. I’ve been treated like family and I adore staff and the service they provide. I wear glasses and need prescription sunglasses. They have the best selection of high-end brands like Tom Ford, Oliver Peoples and Persol I have seen in Miami. Plus they have great coffee and free parking in the back. With stores across South Florida, the South Miami store is the original and my favorite. I love Edward Beiner and recommend them without hesitation.

Beyond words how rude the staff are; they always charge MSRP(never any deals despite having bought 6 pairs of sunglasses from them). We have been loyal customers to this specific location for 4+ years but will NEVER return again after the last interaction we had there. The manager Bridget flat-out lies, doesn’t follow-up, and simply couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. Finally fed up and we are over going to this place, getting ripped off and treated like garbage. It’s a shame because we live 2 blocks away. Save your time, your money and your sanity by avoiding this place and buying elsewhere.

Nice selection of high end sunglasses and a great showroom to show them off. The ladies that work here were very nice and helpful. I didn’t want to carry my purchase while I was out in Mary Brickell, so they held it for me and was able to pick it up the next day. The prices are a little on the high side, but you pay for what you get.

I only went here to get nose pieces put onto my glasses(which I didn’t buy from them). The woman who waited on me was very nice, helpful and didn’t charge me for the service. I was very surprised, especially being in Brickell. I’d definitely go back for normal services there if my insurance was taken by them. I did notice the glasses were quite expensive. This is no America’s Best Eyewear. You get what you pay for though. Based on the customer service experience alone I’d have no problem repeating business there.

i called EBPoFE when i noticed i had lost my rx and needed it. i talked to a lady who promised me she was going to deliver the message to the doctor and get back to me. a week passed and i didnt get a call. so i called again and talked to another lady who also promised me she was going to deliver the message. in addition, offered to give me the doctors email address and cell phone number but i only took down his email and i wrote him(almost two weeks ago.) he still hasnt responded. thats ridiculous. i didnt get his number because thats a bit too invasive but im really disappointed at EBPoFE’s lack of respect to their customers. i wear glasses cause i need them, not for fashion. i like sunglasses too. i own a few and for sure will get more. my rx should expire this august but im not coming back here. not for glasses, not for sunglasses, not for eye exams.

I have visited the store in Mary Brickell shopping for eyeglasses. I am very impressed with the attention and patience from the staff. Jackie is usually there and she is fantastic and patient. The selection is great also.

I went to this place because the optometrist took my insurance, but I will never go back again. 1. One of the ladies that works there, the one that takes care of the insurance and the paperwork(not the cashier), doesn’t have much customer service experience as she is kind of rude. 2. My co-pay was $ 35 and they charged me $ 40. I had to pull my coverage on my phone so they could give me back $ 5 3. The optometrist called me a week later at 9:36PM!!! To ask me if I had received the contact lenses he had ordered, when I clearly told him that I first wanted to try the new kind he gave me and also wanted to finish first my remaining boxes. I will never go back to this place.

This Mary Brickell Village store has hard to find eyeglasses at reasonable prices. Head to the Merrick Park location for Alain Mikli though. They’re open until 9pm weekdays and have an OD available Tues/Thurs late afternoon-evenings. It’s $ 75 for a comprehensive eye exam with a $ 50 credit toward eyeglasses. Beata has to be the nicest eye doctor I’ve ever met. Apparently my retinas were great, pressure of 19 in both eyes, and I have a slight astigmatism. I can finally see clearly! My last exam was done by a Columbia Univ professor and he did not spend as much time or effort to make sure I was happy. A+++
