Economy Party and Tent Rentals

Needed some banquet tables and folding chairs at the last minute and they had them in stock when every other party rental in a 5 mile radius didn’t. After seeing their warehouse I can see why as I’m sure their inventory is also much larger than many of the other companies. We picked them up and dropped them off ourselves so we can’t comment on delivery/​set-​up/​pickup, but everything was high quality and their hours were convenient since they open slightly earlier than most businesses which allowed us to handle everything before work. We would use them again.

I needed a tent for my engagement party and I spoke to the secretary Vanessa on the phone she was very friendly and attended to all my needs. Humberto came out and measured the area and provided me with the best options for my party. Needless to say everything went perfectly and I will definitely hire them again! :)

Well, I had the exact opposite experience. They were rude, inflexible and ultimately extremely unprofessional. I live in a condominium and needed the chairs and tables delivered to the clubhouse, which they said, and I quote, «we don’t do that, we are not a freight company.» After requesting a one hour call ahead; they called when they got to the building. I sent someone to receive it, since they would not carry them to the clubhouse, and they were not willing to wait. I spoke to the driver and the dispatcher and both were completely incompetent and unable to make their own decisions. After, a lot of back and forth the dispatcher, «Michael» told me that the owner, who never got on the phone, said, «start looking for tables and chair from somewhere else because we are not going to rent to you.» This is the level of service and professionalism you can expect from «Economy Party and Tent Rental.» Never again, a true sign of service is not what you do when everything goes right it what you do when there are challenges, and in my book these people get a Zero. Don’t take your chances with a poor, unprofessional and inflexible company like this one. PS they got one star because there is noway to give them zero stars.

They failed to set up all the rentals in time for our party, and when I called to complain I got a harassing email in return. I would not recommend based on their poor customer service.
