DND Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning

Worst company. They are a scam… Do not use them. They advertised a $ 49 sofa cleaning and when the salesman got to our house to clean a small love seat, basically accessed out small love seat at $ 150… Gave a whole talk on special cleaners and additives and I dunno what. We sent him on his way– scam sales people. Bad costumer service.

This has honestly been the worst service I have ever encountered. I sent my rugs to be picked up so they can be cleaned. A week later, one of the rugs was perfectly fine, however the other rug that I had sent, which was exactly the same the perfectly clean rug came back wet, faded, stained, and with an awful smell. The guys told me that it would dry in 20 minutes. However it took 2 days for the rugs to be completely dry, I even had to buy a purifier that cost me $ 200 because the smell was so bad. I decided I needed to call the company and every time I would call they would hang up on me. A week later I called once again and I was given to the manager. That manager has been the rudest person. I don’t even know how he still has a job or the company is still running. I told him my problem and he said that I would have to pay $ 50 more dollars in order to have them. My rugs are very expensive and the fact that they had completely ruined made me angry, believing him that I would entrust my rugs with his company. After a useless while of not going anywhere, he hanged up on me. I called one more time and this time the manager was screaming saying that we need to pay him $ 75 dollars more because they did such excellent job. Worst company ever, No one call them, they are just horrible.
