Started coming here almost a year ago with zero exposure to Crossfit. Coaches are super helpful and nice! The crowd is great and I’m definitely seeing results.
Definitely recommend checking out this box!

If I could give this box a negative star I would. Not only for the lack of creativity in their box but for the lack of service that is provided to their customers. Their all fine and dandy, rolling out the red carpet, when they are getting your business but when a concern arises they aren’t willing to help.
I was asked if I ever wanted to cancel, I would need to contact them 3 days before I was billed. I called multiple times days before (i checked my call log). I left messages and did not receive a call back until after my billing cycle. (How convenient) The answering machine states it will call as soon as someone is available. Apparently my issue wasnt that important. Rita called me back and we agreed to pay 10 dollars until I was able to come back. I agreed however i later on noticed the charge on my credit card. I called in to correct the error however all I got from these people was a regurgitation of their «company policy» they had munipulated by not returning my call. The lady kept insisting I drive over there to check her notes and prove to me she was «right“about the dates of our calls. How unprofessional is that. My intention before i called to dispute was to correct the error and return to the gym but when the call ended my point was to ensure every person i knew they would hear my story out. Not once they did try to empathize with me nor how i had already paid them 6 hundred dollar and only been to their box ONE time. I didn’t try to recover those funds because i understood that was my choice not to go. i accept the ownership of that. But to bill me once i had cancelled is just theft. And the treatment i received thereafter felt inhumane.
Again, they will make you feel amazing once you sign up but dont expect the same customer servive should a situation arise. I would never go back to a place which doesn’t put their customers first especially with so much competition in the crossfit world.

Excellent box! Clean, friendly, and the coaches are great! Coaches are very helpful and they push you all the way to finish the WOD. Also, the box (gym) its very clean and family orientated. They have a kids class. Very recommended its for everyone!
