Coral Restaurant Cafeteria

I have created this account just to write this review. Our company orders breakfast from this restaurant EVERY morning, Monday through Friday without fail. Not because it’s their first choice, but out of convenience, they are down the street, and for the most part they are ok. This morning somebody ordered a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, they got the order wrong and sent fried egg instead, they called to complain and about half hour later they sent him a cup with scrambled eggs in it. That is the worst customer service ever. He is expected to add his scrambled eggs to his cold, stiff cheese sandwich? When I called to speak to the manager I got the «No mami, no esta aqui» respons. I am insulted, this was not even my breakfast and I don’t usually order from there but I most definitely will never spend a penny at this establishment again!

I only came for some Cuban coffee and a pastry. I walked up to the togo window outside was immediately greated in Spanish (I dont speak Spanosh fluently) but she didnt mind speaking in English with me. She was a very nice lady who took my order of a cortadito (Cuban expresso with milk) and a guava and cheese pastry.
Be aware you have to purchase at least $ 4 to use a credit card. She made my coffee quickly and I was on my way!
The coffee was perfectly sweetened and ready to drink. It was very good and certainly did the job of waking me up! The guava and cheese pastry was different than what I am used to. It was rolled inside a dough instead of the usual flacky crosaint type. I actually really really enjoyed it! It was very delicious! The perfect amount of cheese and guava!
Very yummy place, I have to try their food soon!

Fast and inexpensive breakfast and lunch. Great coffee with fast service!
Why not 5 stars… well the waitresses sometime seem too occupied to be friendly but I wouldn’t call it terrible service. The place is a little old and there are a couple flies making their rounds but they keep it pretty clean otherwise.
