This neighborhood friendly cold stone is in the perfect spot to pop into for an impromptu snack, reward, dessert, little something to bury your sorrows in(but I digress). The ice cream is smooth and creamy. The toppings are varied and the specialty combinations inspired. Yes, this girl loves her ice cream. I found a favorite way back once upon a time and have rarely strayed since. The apple pie a la cold stone is the one. Tastes like. Well an apple pie a la mode(so the name is not just a convenient coincidence) My son ordered something that might away me a little further from the dark side in the future… Oreo Crème ice cream. Ice cream made to taste like the cream of the Oreo. And I have always thought that the creamy part of the Oreo is the most preferred part. I would tell you how it was but it was gone before I had the chance to try it. And the service was good too. :)

This place never disappoints! The ice cream is so delicious however the young lady who was there at the time seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with all of the customers, she was the only one working the front area although there were two other people in the back they didn’t come to the front to help. But she kept her composure.

My first experience in a coldstone. This location as been here for a while and I always fought the temptation. I decided not to live in agony any further and give in . My debate was with the churro hot dessert or the strawberry blonde. I decided for the strawberry ice cream and it measured up to my expectations ! The waffle cup is the best accompany and the medium size is actually pretty big for one person . Also, the dulce de leche ice cream is to DIEFOR . Service was surpringsingly outstanding. To go order is the best since they cover with a top and then it gets a plastic wrap to hold in place. Genius. Please keep doing this. Will go back for those churros !

After waiting half an hour for ice cream, they tell me the chocolate ice cream is too hard to serve and they can’t hurt their wrists. Anyone heard of time management?

They are so nice and friendly the few times that I’ve been. They seem to enjoy their work whereas I’ve been to other locations and they sometimes seem to be in a rut! My favorite of the signature ice creams is the That’s How I Roll!(Mix whipped cream in it) and you’ll be thanking me later.

The ice cream was good. I like the way they make it on the slab of cold stone. The kids working there gave me good service. I love it when i see teenagers with good work ethic. Now, the prices were a bit too high. When did ice cream become a luxury? Anyway, i recommend this place, if you dont mind the prices.

Typical Coldstone. Not so packed as I have experienced before at other locations. Teenagers working here, again typical. Store is clean and plenty of party. I liked that I told the girl working that my daughter was allergic to peanuts and she went to whole other work station to prepares hers so there would be no chance of contamination.

The staff is really nice. One time when I entered the store, I had to wait a bit because the staff was not there. But once they returned, they apologized and gave me a free«Love It» size ice cream. The price for their ice cream is a little pricy but I feel like it’s worth it. If you decide to eat some ice cream, you should definitely go visit this cold stone.

What’s more awesome than Cold Stones ice cream unfortunately my son is upset that his teacher yelled at him for something stupid he told me that she yelled at him because she doesn’t have a math homework sheet but he turned it in but of course my son’s stupid ass teacher have him an F and my son is doing bad in Math so of course it’ll bring his grade down but I said forget Mrs Fals she’s a bitch and then my husband says I agree but I’m proud of u for trying hard so anyway my husband had to go umpire for a little league baseball game so after he finished we went to the Cold Stone nearby in the residential shopping plaza on Old Cutler Rd with a Publix a little Caesars a Burger King and a Wing Stop. This location is not crowded or dirty. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is so delicious the Cotton Candy flavored ice cream is delicious and a must have. If u put toppings on it the ice cream tastes much better I love Cold Stone

My second time here. Customer service was great. Good selection of flavors. Not familar with all ice cream creations they make. Had basic chocolate with Reese’s. Very good. The parlor is located at end of strip mall. Not so nice. A lot of car noise so sitting outside isn’t nice. Tonite had a horrible dead fish smell and bunch of flies everywhere. Gross!!! Other than the atmosphere, the ice cream was good.

My family and I go to this Cold Stone about once every two weeks. Last time it was packed and the workers still had a great attitude and were very patient with everyone. I cant complain much on their ice cream, I’m plain and just get coffee ice cream in a chocolate or plain waffle cone. It’s my boys that enjoy making different concoctions. I agree with others, they are rather expensive but a treat twice a month won’t hurt. I’m going to try that Nitrogen Ice cream place in Pinecrest. The reviews are pretty good also. But I’m def not going to stop coming to this Cold Stone, it’s almost like a fmaily tradition for us.

My favorite ice-cream stop. Some say it’s too sweet but for me it’s just right! This location is nice, the people are friendly and there’s a cute table to sit outside.

The ice cream at Cold Stone is too rich for me but every now and then I crave something sweet — and this definitely fits the bill. The people who work here are very young but they are all friendly. The prices are a little high for some ice cream you are not going to be able to finish(or, if you do finish it, you’ll have a stomachache later). Last time I went I decided to get a shake — but with the Sinless Sans Fat Sweet Cream and oreos(I figured I could fix my craving while still being pretty«healthy»). I wasn’t sure how it would taste because the Sinless Sweet Cream usually tastes like a bland cloud by itself, but it was perfect.

Ice cream is not my strength but i ended up after dinner one night with some friends. Customer service is definitely a focus here. Maybe too much. Everybody stops to recite a greeting every time somebody comes in the store. I don’t know if it is a cold stone thing or what. I’m not sure as ice cream places are not usually my thing. I will say the ice cream was very fresh and very tasty. I would definitely go again. It is a bit expensive though.

I just really can’t get behind this place, they start with ice cream that is being stored at too warm of a temperature so they can mix in it. Taking that ice cream, Mix in cookie and candy that is sitting at room temp with hardly any protection against germs. Beyond all that the ice cream they use is not even of a good quality. I have eaten there twice, and both times I got sick, once I wouldn’t blame them, but twice… that isn’t a coincidence.

I do ice cream. My parents own a company that distributes ice cream. We distribute for a lot of big name brands to everywhere from all the local schools to the shop in the mall. So, I have grown up on ice cream. I love Cold Stone. I’m not saying that there actual ice cream base is phenomenal. What makes them so great is the room temperature mix ins. No one makes a better vanilla than Haagen Dazs. But, when you start buying ice cream with things in it, the frozen part takes away from the full flavor of the things you put in it. I mean really, do the frozen pecans in your butter pecan ice cream taste as good as the ones in the can in your pantry that are at room temp? So the combo of the cold ice cream, but fresh, room temp ingredients, really brings out the true flavor of the items you were combining in the first place. You really get the full effect of what they taste like together. I have tried most of their favorite creations. My absolute favorite is one that they don’t name specifically anymore. It used to be called something like«Pecan and Cream Passion». It is french vanilla with pecans, caramel and graham cracker crust. Imagine taking momma’s pecan pie with a scoop of ice cream on the side and smashing it into one dish. And the waffle bowls are fantastic. I prefer mine not dipped in chocolate. So why not 5 stars? Cause’ they’re expensive.
