I went with my mother here for microdermabrasion and a hydrating facial from them.
To begin with the process was supposed to be 45 – 60 minutes, it wasn’t. It was a total of 38 minutes, and over 20 of those minutes they were not even working on me. They left me laying there with a facial mask on.

The esthetician came back and asked me if I had slept. How could I? There was no «relaxing music» and I could hear everyone talking outside. They were also trying to sell their products during those 18 minutes of the facial. Not relaxing at all. Overall, the worst facial I’ve had.
