An unusually comfortable gun store experience. Extremely friendly staff, from dealing with Vince to trying to negotiate a price with Henry. Both were knowledgable and professional. Will gladly come back for future business at this business.

This store is AWSOME, it is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable location were the staff Luis and Henry bend over backwards to help you out. I have personally seen them tell clients were to go or get items that they could not get for them to insure they are satisfied. I have been going there for the last few years and every time it is the same friendly atmosphere. Both Luis and Henry give the best information and are excellent instructors that take the time to teach and educate you in every aspect of any issue. I will continue to go and recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a firearm, are I attested in firearms, or are interested in knowledge and education for your personal safety. Charlie should be proud to have these guys with them.

Fantastic customer service! Knowledgeable and respectful. I’ve been going to this store on and off for years. I purchased a handgun from them about two weeks ago and what a great experience it was. Talk about informative! Every question I asked was answered in the most professional of ways. They mention how when you purchase from them.“you’re family.” Well… I felt like that from the moment I walked in. From the greeting to the purchase and everything in between… I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Henry, Luis, Charlie. and a younger American guy are great guys to deal with. I was given a more than fair price for the pistol and am extremely happy with my purchase. These guys really did make it that much easier. I will not hesitate to purchase another firearm, or anything for that matter, from Charlie’s.
Anyone can have a bad experience anywhere. just remember. you get out what you put in. Next time you feel you may be receiving an attitude from an employee… take a step back and re-​evaluate your approach, you may be surprised.
