To start of, let me mention that I’ve been a patient of CEDA already about 3 months. It has its ups and downs depending on the day you come in. Sometimes it get too full, that it takes some time to get attended. But my overall impression is very positive. Everybody, who works there, starting out from the front desk assistants and ending up with an orthopedic doctor, treat you nicely and pay a good attention to your request. By the way, before I was attending an office, located in South Miami, and I have to say that here they seem to be more professional and better organized. Interior in the guest hall is nice and welcoming. There is a coffee/tea stand with some assorted cookies:-P One of my favorite things is, that they serve pizza to customers(before they also used to give subs besides, but not anymore:-( I know, such place is not about pizza and cookies, but it shows an appreciation to customers. Like it! Now about downsides: They are very little and not significant to me, but I still want to mention that, to give a business an opportunity to grow and develop. * To me it seems that an equipment, which they use, has to go on a deserved retirement already. Almost all machines have some parts missing/not working. that’s kind of annoying( * Second, if you speak English — the ladies, who do the therapy will give you a look, like you’re out of this world:) But I’m a nice girl and consider this moment as an another opportunity to improve my Spanish skills) *Also, PARKING here is a challenge! The spots in the garage are so tiny, that sometimes I think the one who built it, was assuming, that everybody drives a SMART car or something! To finish up, I would like to separately, thank a therapist Jorge. He is very professional, always funny and such a friendly guy!
