I wish I could only give zero stars. Talk about an extremetly incensivite office. I was a previous patient of Dr. Laida Casanova. I only went to her a few times. The wait was average and the Doctor was okay a little impersonal. But her staff sucked ! I really believe that staff is so important and crucial to a Doctors office. Besides the Doc it really will provide a yay or nay. Well today I called to request my previous medical records. A young girl answered and I told her I needed to request my pre pap smear results. Right away she asked — «oh you need to send a release form» okay– no prob. I had that taken care of already, way ahead of her. She then tells me «oh I do records and I have not received one for you» mind you she had already forgotten my last name and had to ask me for my name again. Ummm… so how was she so sure that she had received my request, so quick to say no. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! She went on to check my last name in computer and with a sly attitude states I have not been to the office in 7 years. Umm, okay so she puts me on hold. Does not come back to my line. I decided to hang up and not even deal with this office. Sorry when it comes to your health I strongly believe that an office should be more helpful and at least give me guidance.
Stay away from this office unless you want to deal with young snappy girls that probably are pretty miserable working there and give off that BAD energy to there patients.
