The terrace to Have lunch is very nice, I enjoyed the view on the river, the food was fresh, the menu offers a large choice of options, the service was average reason of the 4*, the price is correct for the quality of the food, it was today our second time, and not our last. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful.

Today was our 5th time at Casablanca but unfortunately the quality of food is not as good as before. I had the whole fried fish but not taste at all, tasted like a piece of rubber. My wife has Salmon and vegetables, very regular. Very expensive for the quality of food.

Love this restaurant, seafood is always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is great for romantic dinner! Their mojitos are a must try as well! Service is usually good. I have been there many times and will keep coming back!

A small storefront entrance hides a deceptively large patio/deck area in the back. Great service, fantastically fresh seafood. We watched them serve one party on a yacht, and help another park their boat so they could come ashore and eat dinner. That was fun to see. Even when it was a bit cold out(low 60s) the patio is tolerable; they set up gas space heaters every few tables or so.

Para mim esse restaurante é super agradável, boa vista, boa comida, bom atendimento. Ainda possui uma boa carta de vinhos, simples e agradáveis. Eu recomendo conhecer quando estiver de passagem por Miami. Frequentado pelos locais !!

Food is good but wish it had a better atmosphere. Also they only accept cash. Would be 4 start if it felt more comfortable. But fish is quite good!

The deck is beautiful. Boats are able to pull into the restaurant from the river. The chips amd fish dip they give is amazing. Seafood dishes were great. I have no conplaints at all about this place. Its a must go to spot. And i love that its a place that locals go to.

This is a review for the Fish Market ONLY. Excellent quality and variety of mostly LOCAL! Fish at low prices. Nice presentation as well service, they will fillet your fish the way you like it. I have been here several times and bought various varieties of Grouper and, Snapper. They were always very very fresh. The sardines were absolutely delicious as well as the fresh not refreshed or previously frozen gulf shrimp.

This review is about the fish market. I just had to throw out over $ 100 worth of stone crab claws. Meat was soft and and mushy and smelled extremely fishy by the time I opened the bag at home *10 minutes after picking it up. Should have known, as the whole place did not smell right when in went in to get it. They should know better than to serve that garbage to paying customers.

Excellent to go fresh fish and amazing selection. The attached restaurant and bar feels more formal than it really is, I often go in after a day at the beach wearing a tshirt and board shorts. Happy hour is a great time and the adjustable awning is great for keeping the sun out of your eyes.

Awesome place for delicious seafood in Miami right on the river. Everything we ordered was good: the seafood ceviche, grilled octopus, raw oysters were fresh and prepared very well. They also have a good variety of dessert, too many to try all of them. I loved the flan de coco, but will try the guava cheesecake next time-it looked awesome. Overall great experience with reasonably priced seafood options.

Local fish market that has their own boats to catch fresh seafood for the market. Located on the Miami river by downtown Miami. They have a variety of whole fish which you can get cleaned and filet the way you want it. They also have fresh filets of all different types of fish. Also have a good selection of she’ll fish. They also have stone crabs by the Pound! Cheaper than going to a restaurant and getting them there. The staff was friendly and professional.

Ended up buying a groupon for the wrong location which is this one. So rather than getting up and leaving I ended up staying. We were greeted by a nice older lady and quickly sat down by the water. The setting was nice and entertaining. Our waitress was very attentive and tried her best to speak English. I ended up ordering an appetizer with tostones and shrimp which ended up being filling for me. She also brought us fish dip and chips as a starter which was also good. I think we asked for 3 of them lol The prices were a little high but what can you expect from a restaurant in that area. My hubby ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta which was so delicious I wish I had ordered that instead. I would definitely recommend coming her if you want some good fresh seafood.

We found out this place via friend CUZ we love sea food and so we came and tried it out. Went inside and feel the welcoming presence of the crews. Since we do not know what to order we ask for a suggestions and she gave us a lot of selections but all the food we ordered was amazing. Fresh oysters, grilled octopus and fried hog fish! Can’t eat enough of it. Aside from the food, Service is just as great as what they serve. It almost felt like u have a personal server. Alexis was the one who took care of our orders and another lady I totally forgot to ask her name but she was awesome. Will I go back here again? Absolutely.

Absolutely love this fresh seafood market! Stopped by today to pick up some fresh salmon to prepare at home. The gentlemen who was helping me was so kind and very knowledgable about all the seafood(I had a bunch of questions lol) He even asked if I would like the skin taken off, which they did for no additional cost. Let me tell you, the salmon was like butter! You can tell it was fresh and we loved it! I will def be back to try the snapper along with the rest of the seafood! I’ve heard great things about the restaurant but I have yet to try it out, I know I’ll be back there pretty soon to try out the food!

Its a little too pricey for the location and food tastes. Ambience is ok, its by a river. Service is great though.

Greeeeat place to go for fresh seafood! I swear this place has the best fish dip ever! All their seafood is fresh off the boat and amazing and the view is directly on the Miami River, so you can visit this restaurant/market by car or boat. Anytime I want fresh seafood to prepare at home I will go to their fresh seafood market that is attached to the restaurant. They have a huge selection of fresh seafood to choose from and you can even see them taking it fresh off the boat in tubs and coolers. In my opinion, I think this place is much better than Garcia’s next door which is more limited on their seafood selection. If I’m feeling lazy and not in the mood to visit their market to cook or if I just want to get out of the house, then I will go to the restaurant to enjoy another amazing meal. The stuffed lobster and whole fish are the two most popular menu items. They also have a full bar and really good mojitos. Another great thing about this place is that they will allow you to go next door to their market and will prepare whatever items that you select. So you can pick out your own whole fish, crab, scallops, shrimp and etc… and then choose how you want their chef to prepare it. Its really not necessary to do this, but it is a nice option to offer to customers. They also seem very good with catering to special requests. In the past I have noticed people pull up on their yachts and get service on board, since the dock is small and connected closely to outdoor dining. This might be something to call ahead for(not sure), but I know they will make arrangements to have service available. Sometimes during the week they will run really great specials for free oysters during happy hour among many other weekly specials — but it is definitely best to always check their website for these specials, since they are constantly changing. Did I mention that I love this place?! They have great outdoor seating, with a low key intimate setting that is good to go with friends, family or a date. Food has always been on point and service has also been good. Enjoy!

I recently came here for dinner with my boyfriend and one of his friends on a Saturday night. The outdoor deck seating is particularly nice to catch the sunset. Their boat access is also a plus. Although the service was kind of slow, the food wasn’t disappointing. We tried their Oysters Rockefeller, Grilled Octopus, Seafood Ceviche, and their Paella. The grilled octopus and paella were amazing. The octopus was very flavorful and tender, so much that we almost got a second portion. The paella was delicious, filing, and had a great variety of fresh seafood. The rice was cooked perfectly, in my opinion. Their seafood ceviche was also very tasty. I could have done without the oysters rockefeller. I’m usually a fan of them, but these were nothing to call home about. The spinach hollaindaise and/or bechamel sauce was just too overpowering and creamy. For dessert, their homemade guava cheesecake is a must try. Trust me. I am a huge fan of both guava and cheesecake and always swear by Costco’s guava cheesecake, but Casablanca’s guava cheesecake has taken the number one spot in my dessert heart. It’s the perfect balance of cheesecake and guava — not too overpowering and perfectly creamy. TRYIT! As for drinks/cocktails, we all drank their Mojitos all night and were happy with how they were made.
