There is actuallu a new location for this place but the ice cream is still as soft and delicious as it ever was. The old man who was serving us seemed very nice although he started hitting on my mom which was a little awkward for everyone but funny.

Been going to this carvel location for over 20 years since I was a kid. They recently changed to the Winn Dixie shopping center and they are much bigger and cleaner than ever! Love the service always from the owner and they go out of their way to make you happy. The cakes are always fresh and they make sure you go with extra napkins! We usually visit this carvel about once or twice a month.

I am writing this for the delicious cakes that are priced very well, but mostly about the service. I have been here twice in the past 2 months and the owner or manager was very helpful and professional. He helped me in all my needs and even helped me saved cost. Thank you so much. Came in said hello to the older man behind the counter and he didn’t respond at all. The store was empty and took him like 2 minutes to ask me what I wanted. He didn’t say what can I get u either. I had to tell him that I wanted three oreo shakes and when he asked the size. I asked him can I c ur sizes. He gave me this look like he just didn’t want to be there. I asked him if he was tired or just didn’t feel like working at all. If it weren’t for my kids wanting shakes. I would have left. Not coming here again. Grumpy rude old man!

Beautiful person who owns this store, I give his shop a 5. not only is a amazing place to eat ice cream but the owner is a happy man and loves his job. He treats customers with kindness and is great with people. I have never gotten such excellent service in my life. The ice cream was delicious. The service was the best and I definitely recommend this ice cream store a ten. A definite go to place for a sweet. thank you sir for your A1 service.
