Came to eat lunch here during a conference I was attending at the double tree. Being so convenient I wasn’t expecting to find such a gem for a lunch spot! This place is really laid back, plays great music, has comfy couches you can sit on, and omg, the pizza is amazing. Not like… Regular«all pizza is amazing»… No. The pizza was delicious & didnt give you that«ugh» feeling after eating. I had a cappuccino too which hit the spot. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area & need a quick bite to eat. I’ll definitely be returning after my conference ends.

I happened upon Caffe Lingo while trying to escape traffic by killing time with a bite to eat. So happy I stopped by hear. The gentleman who served me and the owners are all very nice people. I had a turkey chipotle sandwich, which was very delicious. I also had a donut, which I loved as well. It’s a nice spot to get some work done because it’s a calm environment with wi-fi. I didn’t have coffee on this last trip, but I’m definitely planning on stopping by soon to try it.

This sandwich, salad and(new) pizza café is a break in the drudgery that is eating in Blue Lagoon. What you need to understand is that in this business park there are few quick lunch options nearby. With Café Lingo you get a couple of very different sandwiches(my fave is the curry chicken salad) with really good coffee and none of the waiting(like the Giardinos or Sachas. The salads are also HUGE. I just saw they have pizza and can’t wait to try them. The one downside is parking. They only have a couple of spots since the others are reserved. If there isn’t a spot the folks at Café Lingo will help you with finding a spot that won’t get you a ticket.

Unexpectedly Awesome! You’d think that being located in a building connected to the DoubleTree that this restaurant would be overpriced and average with no personality — absolutely not! Fresh warm croissants were oh so delicious and the Colada was as good as ones I’ve had in Little Havana. Tomorrow I’m headed back there early in the morning for breakfast and to pick up a Sandwich for lunch — I’m thinking the $ 7 Cuban and a San Peligrino will make perfect picnic at the beach. Best of all were owners Natalie and Pino. They greeted me right when I entered and it was great to talk to them while sipping my colada and munching on my croissant.

I will never go back there again. I ordered a tomato, basil & mozzarella sandwich which was slathered in melted butter. The tomato was paper thin and the mozzarella was OMITTED. When I showed them my empty sandwich, a male staff member started arguing with me & continued working on another order. All I wanted was mozzarella added to my existing sandwich which he added(by grumbling something in Spanish) begrudgingly. This cost me $ 9.10!!! with no drink — just a sandwich.

My girlfriend and I were staying at the Doubletree Hilton next to this café last weekend and ate our lunches at Caffe Lingo every single day we were there. Theirs are the best sandwiches either of us had ever had anywhere. The coffee was amazing. The music was amazing. And the owners, Natalie and Pino, were the nicest, coolest people we met while we were there. To miss out on this place if you’re ever in the area would be to do yourself a great disservice. And frankly, it’s worth going out of your way to get there.

Where to begin with this place… The food? The coffee? The service? The atmosphere? They all combine to create a truly pleasurable experience. Eating anywhere else around the area has become unacceptable. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious and the coffee is always brewed to perfection. The owners and employees are so hospitable, you will feel as if you just ran into old friends. Bottom line… Caffe Lingo is my favorite spot in town.

My friend and I popped into Caffe Lingo in desperate need of some coffee and ideas of what to do on a rainy day in the Miami area. Natalie, the barista, followed through on both! My café con leche was excellent as was the pastelito de guayaba that I enjoyed. Natalie was wonderful as well, she even went so far as to make a list of restaurants we needed to try in Miami. We really enjoyed our stop at Caffe Lingo!

Love the veggie sandwich and latte! Very generous and friendly people. I also tried a bag of Italian expresso, and now drinking it every morning. A must-try new hot spot! Will go back again.
