We just had a great meal and listened to amazing live music by a band called Money and Cigarettes at Cadillac Ranch! Fernando was the best server! We got great service! Got our food and drinks super fast and it was sooo good! Been here before a while ago but they stepped up their game! I always get the fish and chips and today was better than every other time! I will definitely keep coming back again and again!

Was looking for a place to watch the NBA Finals and ended up at Cadillac Ranch, after Tacos & Tattoos was completely packed.
I made sure to call and reserve our seats the wait was for about 30 minutes for a party of 10. When we were finally seated we had a great views of all the TV’s that were around the whole restaurant, also they have outside dinning with bar and TV’s as well.
I started off with a Funky Buddha on draft while I went thru the menu. I remembered that I came to this place years ago and did not like the food so I stuck with the same which was the fish tacos and shrimp tacos, those are probably the only thing in the menu that I liked. The service was a little slow due to the amount of people that were there for the Finals and it was the weekend. Friends that I was with that night ordered a few things and were pleased with there choices. Also a mechanical bull is also at the spot if you feel to ride it. Parking is madness by the way get there early and enjoy there happy hour specials.

Decided to go here for lunch with my husband. We came around 12:30 pm and the place was empty. We figured we would have fast service. Our waitress which also mentioned is a bartender took our orders. I ordered steak tacos and my husband ordered the Cadillac burger. I also ordered a Margarita. 15 minutes goes by and I don’t have my drink, she walks by and my husband asked her about it and she said Oh yea, sorry do you want it now? I declined. Let’s be clear, there’s only 4 tables in the whole restaurant, and only 2 tables including us are in her section. My tacos finally came out and were little baby mini winnie tacos. The tacos cost more than my husband burger which came with onion rings, how is that possible? That should definitely be placed in the appetizer section. We only had water, a burger, mini tacos, some kettle chips and it was almost $ 40. On top we get SLOW service in an empty restaurant and a waitress who is forgetful. Definitly would never return. I’m sorry we even ran into this place.

Great ambience and service, but don’t go for the food. It’s the kind of place you go to for drinks and a good time.

I came here last night (Friday) with a friend because we were looking for somewhere to grab a drink after having dinner at a restaurant nearby. Although it was crowded, the bartender served us quickly and the drinks were strong so already I really liked this place. They have seating indoors and outdoors, and outside they have couches where you can lounge by the water and see the nearby bars. It is advertised that they close at 2 am but they were open until 4 am, where drinks and people were flowing right up until closing.
I didn’t try any food here so I can’t comment on that, but I did see that they offer brunch here with bottomless mimosas.
Because inside was crowded, we sat outside where we were surrounded with clouds of cigarette smoke. There was also a group of people smoking marijuana which the staff didn’t seem to mind. I think it would be beneficial if they separated the area with a smoking and non smoking area as both my friend and I have asthma and had a hard time handling all that smoke.
My one big problem with this place was the women’s restroom. It was absolutely filthy with tissue paper all over the floor and the smell was absolutely horrible. The stalls were no better as the floor and toilet seats were wet in all of them. They really need to get someone to keep the restrooms clean. There is no reason for them to be in such horrible condition. Please Cadillac Ranch, clean your restrooms!!!
When we were leaving a group of servers were leaving too and instead of holding the door for us they looked back and let the door close in our faces. Whether you are on the clock or not, I found that to be very rude considering it is still the place where you work.
Overall I wasn’t a huge fan of Cadillac Ranch, but if you are in the area late at night and looking for somewhere to get a drink with a group of friends then you would like it here. Also, if you are a smoker you would probably enjoy how liberal they are about smoking.

Chose to celebrate a business event here and though service was a little slow the pricing and taste was on point for such a large party. Can’t say I’d go out of my way to eat here even though I frequent this shopping quite a lot but the servings were decent and the food was tasty. The restaurant was clean and had a huge space for the party, the outdoor seating and bar also looked very appealing

Varied menu… A lot of TV’s & good selection of beer. Service is average. Good brunch with Unlimited mimosas & bloody Mary’s for $ 9.

Delicious food for a good price, great service and nice ambiance! They have a mechanical bull which is funny to see people ride it.

Nice place to have drinks and watch games. Food is ok. Service was kind of slow but we had a good time. Nothing out if this world

Terrible service at the bar! Blonde bartender putting us off so she could flirt with her co workers while everyone else was just focused on closing up shop. I wanted to get my food and get out but sadly that never happened.

I agree three stars. Nothing horrible, nothing good. Plain. I told my girlfriend I thought it was Mexican food and I wish it was. My dish, stuffed chicken with Gouda, excellent. Service was slow, food over priced, half off bottle of wine, which we didn’t need, want or need but drank and it was the only reason I didn’t give 2 stars. Won’t be back but also won’t tell people how average this place is either.

I worked with the general manager, Rich, to make arrangements for a very large birthday party for Sunday brunch. Rich was more than accommodating when it came to the size, decorations, plus since it was so large, we needed some separate checks. Rich went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and most importantly, the birthday girl was happy!
Upon arriving, the server, Isabel, assigned numbers to each guest in our party to make it easier when it came to keeping track of the many orders. Isabel and the other crew were more than attentive and patient, refilling drinks and making sure we all had what we needed. Each guest received their food hot and fresh.
I got to see a side of Cadillac Ranch that I hadn’t seen before. I will definitely consider them for a large party or event in the future! A huge thank you to Rich and the others at CR!

3 stars to be nice. Haven’t had the chance to try multiple plates from the menu. I was part of a big group. Purpose of the visit was to have a few drinks and appetizers. I’m a fan of wings so that’s what I order. Sauce on the side to have a good taste of the chicken. Some wings were burned and the chicken was dry. Very sad an disappointed. Drinks were taking forever. At some point the manager came to the table to apologize. Place was practically empty at that time so I’m not sure why the bar was taking so long. If burnt wings arrive at the table before a margarita there is a problem.
Not a fan of the place, but like I said before, I haven’t try a lot of items from the menu. Oh, a dessert was nice. Chocolate brownie with ice cream. If I’m going to have dinner, I may go somewhere else. Lots of good places in that mall.

Okay, I’ll admit it… the service at Cadillac Ranch is pretty touch and go and by that I really mean mostly go unless you are lucky enough to get seated in Lori’s section, who is easily their best server. If Lori isn’t an option, chance are you will probably not be impressed by their service so in that regard, I am not surprised about the generally low ratings on Unilocal.
I tried their Sunday Brunch once and that was more than enough for me. Options were pretty limited and I did not like their breakfast potatoes one bit so I vowed to never return for brunch there again and that is one promise I intend to keep. Nevertheless there are several items on the dinner menu that I ocassionally crave and that, along with their specials and location, is essentially what keeps me coming back for more. They have a mechanical bull inside that while I have never been drunk enough to ride myself, I have been rather amused by watching other patrons give it a go. Personally if it’s not too hot and humid, I prefer to sit on the back patio near the water and bridge but the décor and ambience inside is pretty cool too.
Having been to Cadillac Ranch about two dozen times including my own birthday and my daughter’s 2^nd birthday, I have tried multiple items on their menu and while much of it is admitedlly bland and lacking of that elusive «wow» factor, I have accumulated a short list of favorites that are the primary reason Cadillac Ranch is often on my repeat visit restaurant list. All of my favorites, however, are on their appetizer menu but each comes with more than enough to enjoy as a full meal, at least for me.
The boneless buffalo wings with blue cheese is hands down my favorite thing on the CR menu. I have ordered them either as an appetizer or my main meal every single time I have gone and they have yet to disappoint. They have a nice kick but are not overly spicy and the combination with the blue cheese makes my taste buds very happy campers. Coming in a close second is their chicken tacos with added chipotle ranch sauce. Typically I prefer steak over chicken but have tried both their steak and chicken tacos and while the steak ones were good, the chicken tacos are the obvious winners in that line up. Third up are the flatbread pizzas. I have tried the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, the Margherita Flatbread, the Meatlovers Flatbread, and the Taco Flatbread. All of the flatbreads have been pretty good but my favorite fluctuates between the Margherita and the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. Last but not least, CR offers some decent desserts but I rarely have room to enjoy it.
I appreciate the beer selection offered at CR and particularly love their Wine Wednesday specials where you get ½ price bottles of wine and all of my favorite menu items for only $ 5 each. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from giving this place a chance. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Was a very good experience. We went on a Saturday night and it was crowded but they got us a table right away. Had the steak and it was excellence.

Came here today with the family and was overtly disappointed!
Service was extremely slow (was here almost two hours) and very poor (ran out of drinks the entire time, couldn’t find server for long periods of time, took forever to get drinks, appetizers and eventually our food), food was mediocre (kids’ pasta and chocolate milk weren’t good, burger was tasteless and I’ve had better Philly cheese steak at subway).
Bathrooms were very dirty and smelled horrible.
We asked to see the manager and he/​she never came by our table.
I’ve given you many chances Cadillac Ranch but I think we are officially over!

First time here and it was an ok experience. The waitress was polite and attentive. I ordered the calamari and spicy shrimp tacos and for my drink I had the Georgia Peach Crush. The calamari was light and crunchy just the way I like but for nearly $ 11 I expected more to be on the plate. I didn’t enjoy the tacos, there was something off putting about the taste combination. I did, however, enjoy the GPC thoroughly. Very refreshing.
One more thing, they have a bull so if you’re seeking a little thrill or feeling spontaneous, give it a try. The longest I stayed on was for about 15 seconds. Lol.

I here for dinner on July 4^th with my lurver (Rick S.) to kill time before fireworks. Every single restaurant was packed, meaning long lines everywhere, so why not just go to the cool restaurant with a huge car on the roof?! We sat at the bar to avoid wait time and I was very impressed with the fast service despite the full house craziness! Our bartender immediately gave us drinks, our appetizer came out at a timely fashion, and our entrée was served only 15 min after the appetizer. Faster than I expected!
We started with their signature kettle chips which was drizzled in garlic sauce, balsamic vinegar, and blue cheese crumbles. I was skeptical about the blue cheese cause I’m not a fan, but the taste was surprisingly super light! I didn’t even notice it. The chips were really good but also really chewy so my jaw started to hurt… But the flavor was so great that I couldn’t stop eating. We saved a few plain chips to dip in our truffle Mac and cheese entrée!
We split the truffle Mac and cheese entrée and thank god we did because the portion was GINORMOUS. We had plenty of leftovers that was enough to be a second meal. This dish is a combo of penne pasta, thinly sliced chicken, mushrooms, and awesome quality cheese. I only wish they put more cheese sauce and more truffle, because the truffle scent was definitely there in the beginning… But I felt like the truffle taste wore off after the first three bites. It was as if they only sprayed truffle oil on top, because there was no truffle taste throughout the rest of the meal. The entrée tastes fabulous regardless, it just wasn’t what I expected.
There’s a few very eye catching dishes on the menu that I will definitely come back to try, like churrassco tacos. I love a menu with unique dishes.

I have been to Cadillac ranch a couple of times. First time was terrible, this was about a year and a half ago when I was into meats, worst burger ever! Overcooked and flavorless. Sent it back, and what came after wasn’t remotely good either.
Fast forward to last night. My husband and I got together with two other couples after having dinner at home. We basically just ordered drinks and a few appetizers. We choose to sit outside to enjoy the atmosphere (restaurant next door was playing good music). After sitting on the couches for about 30 minutes, we requested to sit inside as they were really uncomfortable. They are the type of couches that look good, but are nowhere near being comfortable. The fire pit was semi hot (we didn’t want it on since its hot enough in miami).
Service: During the first round of drinks and appetizer orders, the waiter was attentive.
At one point we asked to be seated inside, once transferred he came by about 3 times to let us know that we would have to change waiters due to table change. Cool, no prob, we paid his tab and tipped.
Out of the 3 times he came by, he kept saying he was going to ask the new waiter if he could «keep us», each time reporting that he couldn’t find the waiter. Well… that’s not good, right? If he can’t find him/​her, what are we to expect? He finally told one of our group members said he could «keep us» (I didn’t hear this, so in my mind he was still out waiter). We ordered more food and drinks with waiter #1. Didn’t see him again for a loooooong time. At one point a friend said «where is this guy» and I said «yeah, seriously, waiter #1 was way better» everyone at the table started laughing, I asked why and they told me that we still had the same waiter. I honestly thought they had switched us, because the first half of the time there, he was so nice and attentive and now, completely MIA. Needless to say, not a good service experience the second half of the time there.
Food and drinks: we ordered three large things of beer, about 100oz each — cool presentation as it was a big basketball with large thing on top holding beer (I forget the name, yard maybe?) great price on those, $ 18 each.
The appetizers were lacking BIG TIME. The loaded fries were very small. For the price, at a place like the ale house, you get three times the amount of loaded fries. I didn’t have these but friends said they tasted as if many things were missing. We also ordered chips with balsamic vinegar and goat cheese, this was very good, actually ended up ordering a second serving. I recommend this appetizer, forsure.
The look of this restaurant is nice, I just wish their service was better, food of better quality and bigger quantities, and more comfortable couches.
Last night, they had a band playing. Heard it on the way to the bathroom, sounded nice. We didn’t enjoy it as we were on opposite side of the restaurant.
