Burger King

This message is for Corporate…
Several months ago I took the time to look up your complaint line and pass on the following observations:
When I had passed the drive thru at the Roslindale, MA Burger King at 6:30 am I observed that the tall pole light on the BK property was laying in pieces and the electrical wires were laying exposed. It obviously happened the previous evening and the BK staff evidently did not see the danger.
I called the Fire Dept. Within ten minutes the FD was addressing the situation.
I further told Corporate in addition that another street light that appeared to be on BK property was missing the door to the control portion and anyone could just reach in and touch the wires.
I also reported that the BK appeared «dirty» and the windows were cloudy.
The person taking the report said she would address the issues and call me back.
NO CALL BACK…
i had not returned until this am.
BK still filthy — the missing door to the controls on the light pole still missing.
Ordered three Burritos and was told they had no «vegetables?»
The taste of those Burritos was so so bad I would not give them to my dog.
Burger King where are your standards and training??? What about your reputation???
I will never go to a Burger King again…
