Even on a Tuesday afternoon, you have plenty of people in this store to help you out. Their charm selection for the bracelets are not as large, but that can actually be a good thing when you’re with your better half.

Came in the day before Mother’s Day looking for a last minute gift.
The store was busy, but was greeted by friendly staff.
A helpful young lady dedicated her time to make sure we found the right gift.
During our shopping experience we were provided with a complimentary bottle of water.
At checkout, we were rung out on the spot with a hand held payment device, no waiting in line.
Great Service, easy check out, and free gift wrap.
This was by far the best experience.

Only came in here for a gift for someone… and it spoke volumes about the person I shopped for. These women are rude — I waited patiently for anyone to ring me up, and instead of at least saying ANYTHING to me, an employee ignored me and rang someone else up that they were assisting. A simple «excuse me, I was helping her out, do you mind if I ring her up first?» would’ve solved everything.
Nope.
Nothing.
Ignored that I was standing directly in front of the register and instead awkwardly reached around me to get the merchandise from the other customer. First and last time going there.
Apparently customer service standard has changed since I last worked in that field… oh well.
P. S. — it’s not like their stuff is super nice or has a level of pretentiousness… totally unwarranted attitude.
