Brickell Mattress

After learning about all the hazards and toxic outgassing that comes with a standard mattress when it was time to upgrade from a full to a king we decided to make the investment and buy an organic mattress. I did research online and only found 2 stores that carry these locally. I called another store first but owner was difficult to work with and would not even give me an appointment to go in.
That same weekend I went to Brickell Mattress and my experience was a complete 180 from the other store. Juan was helpful, informative, but not pushy. We spent a good 2 hours trying out mattresses, confirming all materials were organic and chemical free before we finally made a choice. He was patient throughout the process.
They have several organic brand mattresses and they range from about 7K-​15k for a king. We were going to buy a ViSpring which is a great brand for about $ 7k but once my husband laid on the Carpe Diem bed there was no getting him off of it. I have never laid on anything like it, it is like laying on a cloud yet you feel fully supported. We were even able to customize our sides of the bed. He chose soft, and I chose firm. Out the door it was around 10k. Yes, I know you are probably thinking we are nuts to spend that kind of $ on a mattress but it has now been 2 months since we bought it and we both actually look forward to going to bed. We run and jump into our bed each night with the same joy and thrill of a kid on Christmas morning. Mornings are a bit of a challenge because I find myself not wanting to get out of my too comfortable bed. We both sleep like babies and I can honestly say this is the best investment we have made. Mattress comes with a warranty and will last 30 – 35 years so when everything is factored in it is money well spent. You cannot put a price tag on quality sleep and waking up feeling rested and refreshed.

Juan was amazing! We were recommended to Brickell Mattress from two independent resources. We have shopped around a LOT and had yet to find anything we both liked. After extensive research on mattresses I was led to Brickell mattress for quality mattresses by the Underground Mattress website. While looking at the website for Brickell Mattress, I learned about two of the top luxury mattress companies in the world. They are Carpe Diem and VISpring. Carpe Diem is made in Sweden and has the best pocketed coils with the best quality natural latex on top. The Kostar model gives the feeling as if you are suspended in the air. The VISpring is made in England and has been the finest innerspring mattress company since 1901. They have pocketed coils with cotton and a layer of wool. The Coronet and the Elite models were my favorites. I was drifting off to sleep on the Elite and really had to force myself to get up. I am ordering one just as soon as I figure out what to do with my king size sleigh bed. The quality of the craftsmanship is incredible. I visited on Sunday and found Pedro to be an amazing person. I have never met anyone so knowledgeable yet sincerely kind in the industry. Pedro went the extra step in sizing me based on BMI and alignment. I highly suggest reading up on their products before visiting in order to fully appreciate these mattresses. Once there, you are guaranteed to enjoy testing out the most comfortable beds ever.

Service is great. Juan is full of knowledge and will help you pick the right mattress to your needs. I ended up buying their own brand of memory foam for a better price and warranty than the tempurpedic equivalent.

I was desperate for new mattress a few days after moving to Miami. I spoke to Juan and he explained what they had and could deliver in a day. Indeed, I went to store the next day and he gave me great suggestions at a much better price than elsewhere and had delivery and set up the next day. I am grateful for his help and service. I recommend the memory foam and adjustable base. It gives great comfort.

Pedro was excellent. My husband and i went in looking for a king foam mattress. He was knowledgable and showed us several types. Gave personalized attention and very friendly. Can’t wait for a good night’s sleep!

Juan and Pedro are the most ‘mattress’ knowledgeable persons I met in my life. This is a science and they master the subject. I spent several hours learning from them after many hours of research.
If you are looking for a memory foam mattress, then you got to try their own brand — Select Foam — «Regalis HD» or «Cirrus Luxe ES». Both are amazing. Of course this selection is based on our body type, weight, etc, so proceed with care.
Ordering and delivery was a breeze. I sleep great every night. No more discomfort or pain, or annoying tossing/​turning.

I’ve been sleeping on a 4″ Memory foam topper from select foam for about 3 months now. I love it! It is very comfortable and i would recommend it to anyone. I use a firm mattress underneath it, and the memory foam adds the comfort I was missing.

Juan and diego were a great help to me an my wife. We purchased a nice king sized memory foam mattress from them. The experience was pleasurable. They were not pushy in selling which was very nice.
The atmosphere was peaceful and the décor was nice like a art gallery.

Every review is absolutely right about the GREAT service from Brickell Mattress. The General Manager, Juan, was incredible and helped us tremendously in trying to find our new mattress. He is very patient and knowledgeable so he really puts in the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for or what the problem is to find the best mattress for your needs. It sounds so commercial but it’s very true… we gave him a work out when we were there because he pulled out every mattress that we even considered just to get an accurate comparison. He is very accommodating if you need something right away and the mattress isn’t in stock he’ll offer a temporary solution until the mattress does come. Honestly, the best sales experience I’ve had and am very happy with our purchase.

I found Brickell Mattress when I was in dire need, the apartment I’m renting came with a crappy mattress and after only a couple days I was already having aches and pains.
The people at Brickell Mattress were very helpful and accommodating. They showed me my options after we discussed my sleeping style and budget. I was not rushed into any decisions and they were very knowledgeable about the products.
I ended up purchasing the Regalis on the spot (comparable to the Temperpedic Rhapsody at a fraction of the cost). Not only was my experience pleasant and productive, but they went out of their way to deliver it next day! This made all the difference. And when the delivery guys showed up, they happily put my allergen protector on my new king mattress for me. Great service!

First review on Unilocal and I choose a mattress store. Thing is, they deserve it. Ive been dreading having to shop for a new mattress. It’s usually boring, the stores are creepy, and it’s expensive. I don’t know how they’ve done it but Brickell Mattress has managed to make shopping for a new bed a somewhat enjoyable experience. The store itself is trendy and comfortable (def a plus), the guys I spoke with knew their stuff and were more than happy to let me test out all the beds, and their selection is pretty legit. I ended up with a Queen «Cirrus» memory foam mattress and couldn’t be happier. Def going to recommend this place to my friends who are in the market for a good mattress.
