This isn’t a typical place to have breakfast or lunch, but if your craving something fast and homemade this is the place. They have the best Dominican Mangu! Also they produce is fresh and they have a large selection. Plus you can’t beat the price! Love to safe on produce? This is the best place.

I just came back from Bravo and it was the worst experience. The so-called«manager» Romelo was the most rude person and should never have contact with customers. I went to the Miami store at 10400NW7th Avenue to pick up last minute supplies for a corporate event and the young lady that checked me out somehow inadvertently forgot to give me a reciept. When I returned 30 minutes later asking for a reprint of the receipt, I was told that they don’t keep any records of the transactions. First Romelo tried to tell me that once a credit card was charged, the record just disappeared. I insisted that since I used my American Express, that I guaranteed that they had to keep receipts, especially if there was ever a challenged transaction. His next attempt at not helping me was to tell me that he could not leave what he was doing, even though the store was empty and when I walked in he was only busy chatting up a young female cashier. Finally, Romelo let me know that couldn’t care less about helping and I should come back in the morning when«someone who cares»(his words, not mine) may be in. Never have I ever been treated so badly in a place of business. The rude, condescending and disgusting manner in which Romelo conducted business has made me a former Bravo customer. Publix, here I come. I supported Bravo in an attempt to do business with the underdog grocer and make a statement against the big deceptive behavior of the upscale retailers. Never again. Whole Foods, Wal-Mart and Publix, may have horrible politics, but at least they train their staff to have basic courtesy. I would rather pay twice the price for a product than give anyone who employs the likes of Romelo.

I like this supermarket it’s small and usually packed and thats fine because the workers here are quick and have the line moving. Majority of the shoppers and workers are hispanic or haitian which mean there is a large amount of products that Bravo offers that hispanic/haitians love from the seasonings to the fruit and plantonos(hope I spelled that right) everything you need is here. Oh yeah they cash checks here you can pay bills too.
