Working out with Marc has changed my body and my out look on life. I train with him 3 to 4 times a week for 1 hour. By the time I am finished with my routine I feel like every cell of my body has been transformed. We do squats, crunches, push ups, weights, TRX, and a variety of exercises designed for my particular strengthening needs. He is fun and nice but firm with me. I always look forward to challenging myself with his guidance. By the time I have finished my morning routine I am ready to start my day with fresh eyes knowing my body and soul are invigorated.
