Bobmar Lawn and Tree Services

I used this service 1 year ago without any issues for a tree removal at my house, I though it would be no problem to use them again for my 87 year parents home. I contacted the owner, explained I needed a total of 2 trees and 2 Bougainvillea bushes that were taking over their yard and knocking a fence over to be removed. None the less they performed the work on a day that I was not there visiting, at the end of the job the owner called me to advise that he was done and even threw away some prior cuttings that was piled up in the yard, my father paid him in full. I went to visit my parents 2 days later to find that the Bougainvillea bushes were not touched? I attempted 3 times by phone to call the owner and left 3 messages as well as a text, he will not respond to any of my calls. It’s a shame I really thought this company was solid due to my prior experience however I’m learning that they are crooks and should be ashamed of ripping off elderly people and no having the decency to respond to my messages.

I would never recommend this horrendous service! I paid for them to remove a tree stump from my property. They left this giant pile of mulch there (which was fine), and after I paid my gardener to remove the mulch, a significant portion of the stump was still there! I thought no prob, they would come and fix it. Boy, I was wrong. When I called to explain the situation, the owner told me he was not going to come without getting paid. I explained that I paid him to remove the stump and he didn’t do that because the stump is still there. He hung up on my face and refuses to return phone calls or texts. Now I have to find someone and pay them to finish the work and fix the problem that Bobmar started. Terrible business ethic where unfinished work calls for full payment and atrocious customer service.

No show for the estimate, completely unprofessional. I cannot imagine ever conducting my business that way.
