Blanco Flooring

I bought tiles for my shower floor that the store Manager Marillyn suggested. When the tile installer saw the type of tiles that they were which is the mosaic with the glass pattern on it. He said they are not for the shower floor, that type of tile is made for the walls. I called Marillyn and she insisted that that tile is fine for the shower floor. I ended up going to floor and décor and I asked 3 different associates including the store manager and they all said that tile is not made for the shower floor. If a bottle of shampoo was to fall on that tile, it could break and cut whoever is in the shower. I have an 8 year old daughter and it is a safety issue. I called and spoke to the owner Franciso and he said there is nothing he can do, he will not refund me the money. I am extremely upset that I was sold the wrong tile and It is a safety risk for my daughter. I ended up buying new tiles at floor and décor to use for my shower floor. As the owner of the company he should refund the money especially since the tile was sold incorrectly and the tiles have not been taken out of the box. Also the tiles that are sold at blanco flooring are over priced I bought tiles for my 3 bedrooms and for my 2 bathrooms, When I compared the prices I paid $ 2.25 a tile and at floor and décor they have the same tile for $ 1.89. I had also asked them if they can match the price and they told me no. This is not a company I will recommened they dont value customers nor their satisfaction. They dont care about the safety of their customers. Worst company ever.
