Big Five Club Inc

If I could give this venue a zero I would. I booked my reception with the big five club in January 2015 for my wedding that was going to be in October 2015. When I spoke to the first coordinator I told her everything I needed and wanted she was great and said all could be done and gave me a great price. In August and September I called the big five asking for my coordinator and they never put her on the phone and avoided me. On September 23, 2015 (one month before my wedding) I get a call from a new coordinator named Leyanis Bello to come in and discuss details. When I get there she tells me that everything that was previously offered was not valid and Everthing I initially wanted wasn’t available. She also told me that she had another wedding going on the same day and since they were spending more money than me she had to accommodate to them more. She was so rude and condescending at that moment all I wanted to do was sink into the ground of the humiliation. I don’t ever want anything to do with this place again.
