Walked in and asked for the best sub, they responded with 3 choices one of them being the honey mustard chicken sub. I ordered the recommended sub, and guess what… it was the best honey mustard chicken sub I’ve ever had. It doesn’t get much more straightforward then that. I think I just found my new go to hole in the wall sub shop, my loyalty is strong and my appetite is plentiful.

We just tried this place for lunch. Great huge subs! It is quite small & there isn’t a lot of parking but if you go early or shortly after the lunch rush you’ll be fine. The staff was friendly, helpful & service was quick. No complaints there. We will definitely be back for more subs. I tried the steak bomb, delish!

I’m what you call a good eater. I love to eat and I can put down a lot of food. Having been to the best delis in New York City, Long Island and Jersey; food trucks in Boston, Puerto Rico and Rutgers U, I gotta say that Best Subs lives up to its name. Awesome quality, sandwich construction, and BIG portion to satisfy sandwich lovers like none other.

On a whim, I stopped by for a quick sandwich for lunch. Little did I know that I would find THEBESTSANDWICH in MIAMI. This is no joke. After the first bite, time slowed as I mouthed the words«holy Sh*!». This is when the sandwich and I had a moment where we locked our gaze and stared at each other like a couple finding love at first sight. I felt like shedding a tear, but that moment past as I vigorously devoured my love. Turkey Bacon(extra bacon) Provolone hot sandwich, you changed my life. I will be back for you my dear.

Who doesn’t live a giant freshly made sandwich?! Seriously good. I had the honey mustard chicken sub with grilled onions. It was super yummy. Don’t plan on dining in since the place itself doesn’t have seating but there are a couple of tables outside. Don’t forget to grab some paper towels… Their giant subs can get a little messy. The staff here are super cool, too.

This place is awesome!!! I love their Mustard Curry Chicken Sub!!! The place is very small(don’t expect to eat there unless you want to eat at the cement patio furniture outside), but the service is quick and friendly. And the food is fantastic. The ordering process is more like: walk in, tell ‘em what sub you want, and then call out the fixings as you help yourself to a bag of chips and a drink before paying and going. It’s like the same ordering process at Seinfeld’s famously known soup kitchen, but minus the grumpy service. These people know their subs and know about customer service. Oh, and I must also suggest, I’ve had their cheeseburger sub — phenomenal!!!

Very good quality sub shack for what you pay. The food is cooked on a flat top, so you really taste the difference to a toasted sub at subway. Small place, but it has been there for years with a local following from pinecrest. I look forward to eating the delicious subs again

Really did like this place, but not cool when I drove out of my way to go grab a sub from here today only to arrive a few minutes before closing, and then walk in but still tell me they’re closed… Your times are in the outside of the door. Employees must really be eager to get out of there to turn away a customer before the listed closing time. I’m sure this irritated me extra since I’m 8 months pregnant, and really just wanted to pick up a sub and head home. Thanks!

Deeeeeelicious. I wish I had known about this place a year ago, I’ve missed out on some serious sub sandwiches. I had the hot pastrami and corn beef and it was perfect. The service was friendly and fast. This is literally a hole in the wall Mom and Pop type place so don’t expect cookie cutter ambiance.

This sub shop is an awsome hidden hole in the wall. The steak subs are really good w a generous serving of steak. I definitely get my moneys worth here.

What a phenomenal hidden gem. Id rather drive here for a great sub than walk down the street to Swine in Coral Gables. These are the hole in the wall places I talk about and love. I walked in here and every customer in line talked to one another raving about what they have tried so far. Got the Philly cheese with extra cheese and hit a home run. Congrats to the owner and chef for keeping it simple but perfect. Should be 6 stars for apparently making such an impact that strangers talk about it in line. Cheers to this place

No nonsense approach with the most consistent«best subs» around. I hate to admit my age but I’ve been coming here for 25 years … same owner and same awesome subs! You can’t go wrong

I’ve been coming to this sub shop since 2000 when I was 14 year old kid on my bike and I even have my picture up on their wall. This place is as good as it gets! A hole in the wall sub shop that has been in business since before there were computers to type your reviews on. They’ll remedy that hunger you have in a heartbeat as they dont skimp on portions. My two favorite subs here are the Honey Mustard Chicken and the Steak & Eggs, ABSOLUTELYDELICIOUS. The only thing I wouldnt mind them doing is tacking on an extra hour to their 6pm closing time so that I can grab a sub for dinner!(I never make it on time) I only recommend the Best Sub Shop to my closest friends because you wont find this place unless you are intentionally going there.

It is rare to find quality items in any place with the word«best» in the business name, but Miami’s Best is the exception. If you are looking for refined dining, then this place is not for you. It is gritty with no frills. If you are looking for a great value under 20 bucks, you found the right spot. Hot or cold, they will fill your belly.

My review is based on a few variables. 1– located in a small plaza, decent parking in back 2– not crowded at all, which is a mission in south Florida. 3– friendly service/outdoor seating only 4– delicious and hearty sub We had the steak & pastrami and they don’t skimp on the portions. The service was very friendly and professional. I wish they had indoor seating being that it’s 90 degrees the majority of the year. But the outdoor seating wasn’t bad, all the seats have covered umbrellas. We tried two spots prior to ending up here and they were both overly crowded! I don’t care how good the food is, I don’t do crowds. This place seems like the spot for a good sub minus the crowds.

Come here at least once a week for my usual honey mustard steak and onion sub! Little hole in the wall that you usually wouldn’t consider to be good, but that’s what makes this place awesome. Not a chain or corporate owned but by a family man. Love the pictures on the wall!

I came here years ago, and since I was in the neighborhood thought I would drop in since I am a sandwich fanatic. I now remember why it has been years that I haven’t been here. Before writing my review I read the others, almost all 5 stars? Um me think not. This sub shop is small no tables inside to sit and eat but have a couple outside with umbrellas, no stars taken from this. They sell chips have a decent selection, it is a sub shop so you can’t expect it to be Publix… Good drink selection as well, they have Snapple which is a major plus for me as I am also a tea fanatic. Friendly service, greets you right when you come in, helps you immediately, food out in less than 3 minutes no lie — great service. Okay so I’m home ready to gobble this good looking sub down(Iwould have taken a picture but I was too hungry folks) First bite, wait did I take a first bite, I don’t taste anything… Yes it is that bland! OH. MY. GOD. I have never had a more bland sandwich or any type of food for that matter in my life. I kid not. I had the grilled chicken and mushroom on wheat(full) tomatoes, pickles, onions cooked and raw, provolone cheese, mustard, mayo, salt, pepper(extra), oregano, oil and vinegar. You would think I would taste something, but all I could taste was the large amount of unseasoned chicken. The sandwich is called grilled chicken AND mushroom, where are the mushrooms? I had a handful, and by that I mean 5. I stopped eating got up and got salt, pepper, and oregano to add to the sandwich, and it still didn’t help! The unseasoned chicken just overwhelmed the whole sandwich. Oh man what a bummer! I was so happy because the service was amazeballs, but the food is a no go. I am not sure if I even want to come back and try the honey chicken everyone talks about… 8.19 $(price for my sub) down the drain on another disappointment… probably not. I will stick to my original sub shop — Linda’s on Sunset &87th — never a disappointment there!
