Sean and Felipe were very kind to me and had great customer service. I bought a dual bay charger for 18 650 batteries. It turns out I didn’t need the charger so they gladly returned it for me. Thanks batteries plus !!

These scammers sold me a battery for my phone for $ 40 and it was not even a manufacturer original (which costs $ 6 on line but unfortunately I did not have time to wait for it and they took full advantage of that). Their piece of junk replacement battery never held a charge and despite promising me a full warranty they will only replace their defective battery after you leave it with them for 8 hours for analysis. I hope no one else gets taken like I did. Shameful.
