I made an appointment yesterday for my 12-year old son. He needed to get a sonogram done. I showed up this morning 30 minutes before my appointment time which was at 8:00 am to pre-register him. After registering him and waiting over 40 minutes the front desk girl who was very nice calls me over to tell me that the technician can’t do the sonogram on my son due to his young age and that I had to go to the country walk pediatrics facility. I was upset as we woke up early just to make our appointment on time. Why couldn’t the scheduler told me this at the time of booking the appointment. This is not the way you conduct business.
