Would give half a star or none of possible.
Waited for my SCHEDULED appointment for 3 hours!!! Once the office was practically empty they noticed I was there.
A hygienist at random was assigned to me… surely inconvenienced!!! It showed in the cleaning!
She massacred my gums as to passive-​aggressively mark her discontent with my presence… as this signified she must stay a few minutes later to keep my appointment. Forget that I had been waiting for 3 hours myself. My gums were swollen for days. I regularly see the dentist and I’ve never had this issue as I keep my teeth cleaned and cared for.
Do yourself a favor… don’t even consider this place.

Ok, so everyone overbooks appointments in Miami, I get that. And a two hour wait definitely sucks, but I’ve come to expect it. But the people working in this place are horrible. They are very rude. They make sure you know that you are an inconvenience to them, rather than you being a valued client. Especially the girl at the front desk. When I went for my son’s appointment, the dentist wasn’t even in the office. The assistant was also not very pleasant, but better than the others. I will be switching to another dentist office because this is ridiculous.

They have been our family dentist for over 10 years. I gave it three stars because I absolutely HATE going to the dentist :(
It’s located right inside of a business plaza off of Kendall Drive. Even though I hate coming here, the staff here are like family. Dr Balmir-​Thevenin is such a sweetheart!!! I love her. She always goes out her way to make me feel comfortable :)
