Be careful of these people. They will say that your insurance is in Network, but will then go ahead and send a bill. Once you’ve invested a lot of time with your insurance company and them to confirm that you are indeed INNETWORK, they will claim that they made a mistake and will correct the bill. But how many people end up not questioning and paying.

First time visit, preparing for a surgical procedure in the hospital. I will never, I step foot in this location again. The front desk receptionist is so rude… so unprofessional. The rest of the staff was wonderful.

I’m giving them one extra star for being associated with Aventura Hospital. My Gyno sent me to this place because I found I lump on my breast. The whole thing is scary enough, feeling like I’m being jerked around by these people is not ok. My first day here they rejected my visit because I got scheduled at the time the time doctor gets off. I don’t work there so how was I suppose to know the doctors work schedule? I left early from work for nothing. So I had to make the office fit me in the next day early in the AM so I wouldn’t have to take anymore time from work. The next day, After about 3 hours waiting around I finally got to see the doctor and I still ended up taking the time off from work. The doc recommended me to get a biopsy so I scheduled for it. In the AM feeling nervous about the biopsy, while I was filling out my paper work even though I’ve been there before, they told me I need to have a prescription to have a procedure done. I told them the doctor from this office told me I need to have it done the lady that was in the office told me I need a prescription from my gyno. Told her this is the first time I heard if this and that no one told me, she said she called and left a message and told me, I showed her my phone and that no phone call came from your office, she looked like she got caught in a lie. So I got loud in front of the other patient and said, ‘you guys keep screwing up, it keeps happening everytime I come to this office. So I had to wait so they could take look into the database and they had to request the prescription themselves. I didn’t get any apologies from anyone for the mixed up. They carried on like everything was my fault. There are just way too many people working at that office to screw up all the time. It looks to me that they keep switching people, seems like there someone in training. Poor management, the workers look like they are not clear of their assignments so they are all over the place. Once to got past the front office the staff in the exam atea were good and the doctor was nice and friend. But all that over shadow the bad in the office. These kinds of things should not keep happening at a place where people have something as scary as breast cancer in their minds. If you have a choice go somewhere else, you don’t need to add dealing with these people to your stress.

If I could give them another star I would. I had my annual mammogram today and they’ve done away with the paper gowns that don’t close and leave you FREEZING and now they have cosy flannel gowns. Yay!
