David would always help me out with any problem I had and I had a few. Love the atmosphere at the store so much. I highly recommend it!

Don’t even waste your time! NEVER GO HERE. There is an AT&T store directly off of 826 and Bird that is 100% more helpful.
My phone was stolen, so I went to the store to ask about the process to get back on the grid. We arrived just before they were closing early for the holiday, and saw them locking up. I approached them as they locked the door, and asked if they could answer a question. Rose responded that I would «have to come back the next day». Luckily, the younger staffer there, Javier, offered to answer my question, and help the next day if required, which it was.
Today, we went back to the store and encountered an equally rude Rose. I asked about my upgrade options, and how to replace my phone regarding some things I read when logged into my account online. She rudely responded, asked me «who told me these things» about my account and «did I read this somewhere on the Internet» to which I responded, yes, on my account page. She told me this was impossible, and laughed at me– which was beyond unprofessional. She essentially belittled me for asking for clarification and for help — which is why I was in the store. (Who goes to the store anymore!?!)
Javier, across the room, noticed the situation and came over to help, but at that point I had already determined that I needed to leave.
I let Rose know that she was VERY unhelpful, and VERY rude, and we left. It is obvious that customer service is not her forte and that she is unhappy with her job– which today, was somehow my problem.
