I purchased a living social for a wine glass painting activity. I’ve been trying everyday for the past 2 weeks to get in contact to make a reservation and no one has returned my voicemails or replied to my emails. It’s a group of 6 and my friend has also tried to reach out to make a reservation. If this is the initial service from the company I wonder how the actual painting activity will be. I’m still waiting for a reply if I don’t get one by end of week I will contact living social to refund my friends and I. Customer service should be your first initiative as a company, please work on this or you will continue to lose your customers.

Undesirable service. I purchased 4 passes for«paint wine glass». In the instructions, one is asked to email the location to schedule visit. I emailed them over a week ago, no reply. I have also called them, never got a live person, left two voicemails, no one has called back. For a business that is trying to gain customers and advertise(which is the purpose of signing up with LS/Groupon and the like) they are doing themselves a disservice by not returning calls/answering emails.

Last night I went to a paint your own wine glass with my mom. We also brought snacks and 2 bottles of wine. In other words it’s a painting fiesta! I loved this place the gentleman giving the class could not have been nicer or more on point. He took care of all his customers with attention and dedication. I recommend this place for everyone… Even the man. You only need 4 people to start the party. As a surprise getting close to the end of the class he offered us some clear ornaments to paint for our trees. That was very generous and sweet.
