Great pizza, ambiance and service! Lots of pizza choices and great dessert choices. Our server was really sweet and hospitable. Would’ve rated 5 star, however, I was expecting a bit more flavor from the pizza. It is good, but not the best I’ve had. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something tasty, fresh and affordable!

Staff and food are great but tell your Cheney rep to sell you a better parmesan for the shakers. the cheap stuff on the tables is flavorless. I expect more. try the pure with no whey. it costs more but your customers will use less. or try the Grande Romano

I came 45 minutes before closing on a Thursday and the usual happened. We were basically rushed and our server at times was nowhere to be found. So right off the bat that was the upsetting experience of my trip to Andiamo. But besides the service everything was great and I would say rather inexpensive for the quality pizza you are getting. We got the medium pizza which is enough for two people. We did half godfather and half bbq chicken and it was great. I preferred more the bbq chicken since it was really flavorful. The chicken on the pizza was cooked just right and had nice flavor to it and the pizza had just the right amount of cheese. The bbq sauce was drizzled on top so it wasn’t overbearing and didn’t take away from the other ingredients. It was a very good pizza that will hit the spot whenever you have pizza cravings. I will go once again and hopefully this time the service will be much better.

Upsetting when you eat in the restaurant vs ordering to go. We simply ordered a pizza with salad however the pizza was said to take 45 minutes. We decided to just go for it and relax. But after seeing 4 pizzas to go after an hour of patiently waiting, we started asking questions. Within 5 minutes of bitching the manager brought us our pizza. On our way out of the restaurant I asked a guy who was taking a box to go, how long did you wait for your pizza? He said 15 minutes! That right there should tell you, Order to go! Don’t give this place another penny for their alcoholic beverages/drinks! You make your patrons wait an hour for a pizza, shameful honestly! Something needs to change, management is not the same

I’m not very forgiving when it comes to rating pizza and unfortunately Andiamo missed the mark in a very serious way. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard people rave about their pizza but sometimes(and maybe some Unilocalers can agree with me on this) I get this Unilocal gut feeling that the people singing the praises of a restaurant might be exaggerating a bit. This turned out to be the case with Andiamo. I recently moved to the design district area and was craving some pizza. I was very reluctant to order from Andiamo but the place I used to order pizza from in Brickell(Pizzarium) did not deliver to my address so I was left with no choice. I ordered their version of a margherita pizza(a large pie) and a small Caesar salad which came out to be $ 24 without tip. The delivery wait time was average(about an hour) and everything came packed nicely. However, the pizza left a lot to be desired. In no way was it bad or inedible, it just did not wow me. It was oily, the crust was average, and the cheese wasn’t very tasty. Their only saving grace was the tomato sauce which was decent but unfortunately that was not enough to redeem the pie. The salad was okay but for $ 5.50 I think it’s a little overpriced. I can confidently say that I would not order from this restaurant again.

Starting of with my review: wood oven Pizza was great, ambiance is nice(especially outside), service was awesome. My husband and I ordered the Brooklyn Pizza(red peppers, onions, sweet peppers and pepperoni) with the garlic sticks(With Parmesan cheese). Their was too many onions our pizza, but everything else about the pizza and garlic sticks were amazing! It’s a nice location in the middle of the streets and nice background music. Parking conveniently available across the street. Next time we plan to try the Godfather pizza.

Best brick oven style pizza hands down. I come here on the regular, Greek salad and new yorker pizza are a must. Nice outdoor seating area. I recommend this place because of its friendly staff, fresh ingredients and consistency. You’ll always have a good meal here.

Comforting, unique atmosphere with great service and even better pizza. Simplicity done exceptionally — each individual ingredient is a star. The smokiness adds that tinge of complexity that sends this pizza out of bounds and into my mouth. Couldn’t help but eat an entire pie, two days in a row. That good.

Came here today for lunch and the overall experience wasn’t bad, just not all of that. The outside seating and scenery was beautiful, especially on a nice day like today. That was a plus, unfortunately there were pigeons everywhere!!! One even touched my foot… lol Also, we needed a high chair for my daughter and they said they were all being used which was ok… until I looked around and only two kids were using high chairs. What kind of place only has TWO high chairs? Anyways, now to the food. We had ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the pesto chicken pizza. Both were just ok, our server recommended the meatballs as an appetizer and said it was voted the best in the city. So we ordered that and I was disappointed because they were just ok. Overall it was alright. Also there is no free parking in that area… just a heads up!

Some people may say it is a crime that it has taken me so long to eat a pizza at Andiamo. I know, I am ashamed. I have passed this pizza joint numerous times as I went to eat nearby, or go hang out at News Lounge. A couple of weeks ago I finally made it inside, and I gotta tell you, I ate the best pizza I have had in a while. Everyone in Miami says they do pizza. Many of these restaurants just mention the words«brick oven pizza» and people start to get excited. Andiamo is the real deal. Having been opened since 2001 they are regarded as on o the top pizza places in South Florida. They stay true to their roots, and deliver authentic pies with dough made fresh daily. When taking a look at the menu you may feel inclined to get a bit overwhelmed. It’s ok, it’s completely natural. There is literally a pizza for everyone, but I do have to share with you some of my personal favorites. For those that can’t go too heavy on the tomato sauce you need to order the quattro formaggi. And, if you are looking for something a bit more fun the Athena comes with spinach, black olives, feta cheese, and roma tomatoes. Now, for those who are looking for the real deal you must order the Sunday pie. This bad boy comes topped with meatballs, tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, pepperoncini, Parmesan, and it’s topped with basil. This is hands down, the best pizza right now in Miami. Besides having the best pizza pies Andiamo is also located in one of the closest buildings in the MIMO district — located at 55th Street Station, they are housed in a converted 1954 Robert Law Weed building. The fully enclosed glass building features picnic tables outside and projection screens so you can watch your favorite teams play. All around it’s a pretty solid experience!

Have I mentioned I love pizza? We tried the garlic bread, it’s really good, super soft and warm and topped with garlic and parmesan. I didn’t care for their tomato sauce, it was bit on the acidic side rather than sweet, but they are so good that you can eat them alone. Tried their Cesar salad. It had tomatoes, which is uncommon for a Cesar, but I like tomatoes so it’s ok lol. I like that they give you enough dressing, some places don’t give enough. Onto the good stuff! We had a large, half white/half bbq chicken. The white is really good, but the bbq chicken… OMG. It’s the best bbq chicken pizza I’ve had to date(and i like to try it at all the pizza places I go) It is perfectly sweet and savory, and the chicken is always cooked just right, juicy and soft, making it easy to eat on pizza.

Simply Delicious. That’s all I have to say. Ok, it’s not all I have to say, but it does sum up my feelings of the food here. The breadsticks are a nice way to start the meal off, although the marinara they provide is a bit too acidic for my taste. The pizza on the other hand is delicious. We always order the 16 inch pizza, half Quattro Formagi and half BBQ Chicken. The four cheese is very good, one of the best that I’ve had in Miami. The BBQ Chicken is very well balanced, it is not too sweet or overly done, which is very common with bbq pizzas. With this one you can easily eat the whole pie without being disgusted, or you can share with a significant other if you really must. I can’t comment on desserts, as I’ve never had them, but what I have had is really good. Happy eating!

Until I find a better pizza place in Miami, Andiamo gets 5 stars. Today I ate slices of Pesto Chicken, Portabello, and Prosciutto. Portabello was my favorite and both Pesto Chicken and Prosciutto were equally as yummy. We sat outside and watched the sunset, it was awesome. We had a few beers, each under $ 6, a few slices of pizza, and it was a great. Definitely would recommend.

So as I am doing some Unilocaling! today, i just wrote a review for a relatively mediocre pizza joint, which brings me to the ABSOLUTE, HANDSDOWN, BESTPIZZASINSOUTHFLORIDA @ ANDIAMO! I really don’t know where to start, or why i never wrote a review before, but I have been going to Andiamo! consistently for years now. Everytime one of my pizza loving friends come to town, it’s off to Andiamo! because I like knowing I am exposing them to the best pizza they will probably ever eat. For at least 4 years running, it’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant and I am expected to take her there every time we go to MIA. So, let’s describe the place… Most of the seating is outdoor as the place used to be a car wash or garage years ago. There is a big screen set up outside for watching the games at night. The staff is über friendly, and even the owners work the floor and the oven, henceforth, the quality control in this place is on point. The only time I have ever had a problem there is was handled with lightning like speed and a smile. The servers are friendly, the ambience and activity around the place is just great! For any daters reading this, TRUSTME, THISPLACEIS A PERFECTPERFECTPERFECTDATESPOT. The menu offers many different pizzas, and they even do ½ & ½’s, unless it is a personal size pizza. Here are my personal faves from over the years: BBQ Chicken ~ Hands down, one of if nit the most popular pizza in the house, this thing lives up to the name perfectly, and sets the standard by which you will judge other pies bearing the same name. Ratatouille ~ A little something for veg heads… sooo good Meatball ~ Seriously, if meatballs are your thing, try this one and have a new favorite. Popeye ~ This one has spinach and tomatoes, but it’s the blend of the mozz and ricotta that really make this one pop. All in all, there is really not anything negative that i have to say about Andiamo! except that, at times, the pigeons around the joint could use a good shooing off as sometimes it can feel a lil Hitchcock-esque when the birds swoop in to pander for food lol.

Great pizza in Miami. I was not expecting the pizza to be this great! My review is delayed as I have been going here at least once a week now. Have tried every pizza, but the best two by far are the«pop-eye» and the four cheese. I always bring my vegetarian friends here because of the fabulous veggie options and they have really big and delicious salads as well. The ambiance is very pleasant with ample sexy out door seating in a converted gas station(I think). Anyways the design and set up are super hip and cool. All the staff are great. They get to you right away, refill drinks asap and make great suggestions. This is a gem in a city with very few good restaurants that also have good, consistent delivery and service. As for parking, the street parking is cheaper than the lot. Sometimes, if there is space you can park in their complementary parking spots. I can’t wait until I go back. So, if you have not eaten at Andiamo, then go right now! It’s the best pizza in Miami.

2 trips to Miami, 2 trips to Andiamo. Lets talk about the«south philly» pizza… Roasted garlic, american cheese, roma tomatoes & hot cherry peppers. Ingredients that make this pizza clutch. American cheese & cherry peppers. American cheese on pizza??? Trust! Yes, it may sound odd but there are zero ways to go wrong with cheese that’s from the lovely US of A! Ideally I prefer my crust thin, as this was. The roasted garlic blended all the ingredients together perfectly. We ordered half South philly and half Portobello. Appropriately titled this pizza featured mushrooms, caramelized onions, goat cheese & the ringer… truffle oil. Both pizzas are fantastic options for vegetarians! The salads are great too but I’m pretty sure it’s a sin to talk about salad when there is PIZZA, &PIZZA! 4 out of 5 stars only because I’ve never dined in, so I cannot speak of the service, but honestly the staff could be total jerks and I would still go back for a slice or 4. Andiamo, go!
