I spoke with multiple landscaping contractors and Todd Anderson was the only one who treated me with respect. I needed major work on both my front and back yards completed within a short period of time and Todd Anderson, and his incredible team, expedited the insulation with beautiful results. Before hiring Tod, I was working with another landscaper who didn’t have the resources to build a patio or do other hardscaping. Tod Anderson was able to put in the hardscaping, as well as pick out the right plants and install lighting. His designs were very creative and he has a huge knowledge of plants. I was expecting the project to go on for months, but Tod had everything done from start to finish in about 2 weeks. This included demolition, hardscaping, plant installation and lighting installation. He also worked with a good sprinkler system installer who coordinated together with Tod. His workers were very friendly and Tod was always available. He also did some post-​completion follow-​up when I was having trouble with some patches of sod. I highly recommend him for all areas of landscaping.

Tod talks fast and persuasive and wants money up front, but in our case he delivered. He built a pond for us when he said and it came out even better than we expected. His pond builders are real pro’s. We didn’t get a detailed plan, just a general idea, but because the workers were very creative they improvised and the results are very pleasing.

Do not fall for Tod Anderson’s fast, persuasive talk. He comes over for your free estimate and tells you what a beautiful and detailed master plan he will put together for a non-​refundable deposit. In the end, he draws up a few lines, stamps a few palm trees on the drawing and calls it a day. Regrettably, I gave him this hefty deposit for the «master plan». After seeing what little effort and thought was put into it, I decided not to go forward with any other services. I explained to him that I felt he had falsely advertised what I would get and begged for at least a portion of our deposit back, to no avail. I ultimately had to settle for some less than desirable palm trees in lieu of our money. Give serious consideration to giving this company any money up front.
