ALX is my current go-​to boutique. The prices are so affordable and you can always count on the clothes being trendy and nicely organized throughout the store. Today I was in and out within 20 minutes, I only went to find an outfit for a floatie bridal shower and had to leave with two outfits instead of one. Sizes are true. If I ever need to find something quickly and don’t have time to shop around, I know if I go to ALX I’ll find something no matter what. I have also been to the one of Kendall drive and their selection is maybe smaller but just as beautiful. I give it ⁴⁄₅ stars just because I wish they were open a bit earlier for convenience. The staff is always willing to help you as in be your assistant shoppers when you arrive and pair outfits. This is unique about them. I’d definitely recommend it if you need to find something you want to stand out in, for a great price.

Been shopping from ALX for years, never been disappointed. There’s tons of great stuff, I’ve never been disappointed can. The girls that work there are very nice and helpful. Love this boutique best in Miami!

Amazing experience at ALX today! Amanda kindly helped me pick out an outfit for my birthday. I am extremely picky when it comes to what I wear, but Amanda picked out so many flattering pieces (some of which I would have never considered trying on that ended up looking amazing!) I appreciate the time (2 hours to be exact) she put into zipping me up, picking stuff out, and giving me opinions. Went in with the intention of buying one outfit and came out with two great outfits for this weekend. It’s not often you come across great customer service like this and she should definitely be awarded for it. Thank you Amanda!

I came here the other day looking for a gift for a friend and was pleasantly surprised. I ended up finding so many cute clothes not only for the gift I needed but for myself too. The clothes are all so cute and affordable. They also have a great selection of shoes/​accessories to go with the clothes as well. The girls that work there are so sweet (I think their names were Caro and Rachel?). I will definitely be coming back again!

I love this boutique. ALX is where I go to when I am in need of an outfit and want to keep up with the latest trends. It’s always a pleasant experience when I go there, the ladies who work there are constantly asking me if I need guidance with an outfit, or assistance with anything. I recommend shopping here if you are looking for cute clothes, and a pleasant shopping experience.

I wish I could give this place more stars, but I was genuinely turned off by the lack of customer service. I love their clothes and Instagram and needed a holiday party dress. I live closer to the new location in Kendall and stopped by there around 730pm, since they close at 9pm. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged my existence or asked if I needed help. It was only once I had 8 – 10 items I was lugging around that an associate finally looked up at me and offered to start me a fitting room.
The associate seemed annoyed we came in «so late». I honestly don’t think I’ll return here– there are so many other boutiques in Miami with the same things. I did buy a dress for 70 $… Which I then saw online through another boutique for $ 40. Not worth being ignored and ripped off again.
Heads up to the owner, you should check out Sophie and Trey based out of lake Mary… Their customer service causes me to spend thousands of dollars there every time I go to the store because they are so courteous, and have a desire to actually help.

It sucks that I literally went out of my way to write this review, I went there trying to find a holiday outfit, picked out some nice things and literally…30 mins waiting and I wasn’t able to get into a dressing room because relatives or friends of the person working there today were taking up the 3 dressing rooms with mountains of clothes. I mean for this you might as well have closed the store, there was another girl waiting behind me and we gave each other that shocked look. We were both waiting for around half an hour, I mean I’m sorry but that’s pretty bad service on your part, considering there was a dressing room taken up by storage. I would never waste my time again here, also the customer service, have you ever heard of what that means? It means teaching your employees to put their phones down when customers are in front of you, greeting people when they walked in, asking if they want to start setting their items aside, I literally had to wait for one of the girls to put her phone down to ask her where I can hang my items while I kept looking. This place legit SUCKS. With 1000 boutiques in Miami, you better hope to clean up your customer service.

I wish I could give them zero stars but it’s not an option. I ordered online from this boutique after seeing a cute romper they posted on Instagram that same day. The purchase went through and my card was charged and I followed-​up via email a few days later to check the status as I was hoping to get it in time for a bachelorette party I was attending. Both of those 2 emails to their «customer service» went completely ignored. So, I decided to call and was told they would call me back. She called a few minutes later and said their website was acting up and that the romper was actually out of stock so they would be refunding me in a few days when their manager was back in the office. I’ve checked my bank account since then and nothing. This was three weeks ago so I decided to email their customer service again yesterday… crickets. Completely unprofessional and customer service that is totally non-​existent.

Visited this boutique while I was Miami, super cute trendy clothes. Prices are a little highly for the quality of the clothes, but I like that they have unique stuff you can’t find anywhere else. Friendly & helpful staff.

My daughter found this little boutique off of Instagram. It has a variety of women’s clothes, accessories and shoes. The ladies working were very nice. My daughter was looming for a dress for an event and was able to find something really cute. Prices are fair. It’s defiantly worth the drive. Cute stuff!

This place is the worst place on the planet. I bought clothes for my fiancé online and then they didn’t have the sizes in store and just thought it was ok to give me the wrong size. Then when I tried to talk to the worker she went behind the desk and started talking bad about me from 3 ft away. Honestly the worst service I’ve ever received, and that’s saying something because I was born and raised in Miami. Clearly the owner has no idea how a business should work. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!$

The owner’s name is Alexandra and she is by far the sweetest, hard working gal ever. She truly has phenomenal style which is reflected in the wonderful clothing she has in the boutique. The employees at the boutique are just as nice and helpful. I always get tempted by the new inventory they post on the boutique’s Instagram page. If you live in Miami and have not been here yet you must check this place out.
