I love the western omelet. Service is good. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this place all the time.

If your traveling through and need a diner style breakfast spot, this is it. The restaurant is in the mini mall which used to be a hotel so it has a unique feel to it. I ordered the«bird’s nest» with biscuits and gravy. The meal and the side were equally amazing, although I would suggest skipping the cheese on the bird’s nest.

The Unilocal page for this restaurant led me to believe it was a Mexican restaurant. We j 7st had breakfast here… didn’t see anything the was southwestern. This is a very good diner with traditional American breakfast… which was excellent. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, my wife had the«Bird’s Nest». Both were tasty and we’re good portions. We stopped and asked a local cop where we could find a good place to eat and he sent us here. I am glad he did, because I wouldn’t have come here based on Unilocal’s description«Mexican» food. Not that I don’t like Mexican food… I love it, but not for breakfast!

Went here for breakfast while visiting from out of town. It is a small country type place. Seating is in the mall lobby. Food is very reasonably priced. Service is prompt and friendly. Our coffee was hot and they refilled often. There are quite a few breakfast choices, breakfast is served all day. I ordered the«birds nest» which is hash browns with ham, onions, bell pepper, tomato, cheese and eggs. I liked it except the cheese was velveeta type and I would have preferred regular cheddar. Good serving size. Comes with toast or a biscuit and gravy. Biscuit was soft, gravy was a little too thick. For a small town place it is pretty good. I would return if back in town.

How has this place been missed? Lovely little mom and pop joint. Fried chicken is to die for! Salad bar is ridiculous with the possibilities! Love love love! And the breakfast? Delicious!
