My family and I have been loyal customers at Acutech for many, many years. Brian is the ONLY mechanic that has ever laid hands on my brother’s 1997 Honda Prelude from the day he rolled it off the lot till they day he sold it.
My first car was a 1998 Honda Accord that I ran down to the bone. I got into an accident in downtown Miami just months after getting my license. My driver side was crushed, the door was wouldn’t close, and well I blew my engine lol. First thing to get fixed was the engine; if you know cars and even if you don’t, you know that blowing your engine is pricey! Acutech was able to give us a great price on swapping it out for another one. My driver’s side was also repaired back to new.
In June 2016 I got into another accident where the other driver switched lanes onto my little 2011 2D Honda Civic. The jeep crushed the hinges of my driver door and ripped my front bumper. It took the team at Acutech 3 days to fix my car! They even hooked it up with a NEW bumper from a newer model Honda it looks so nice I was soo happy.
About a month or two ago I had a night out on the town and went straight to work. On my lunch break when I went to turn on my car nothing would happen and I freaked out. I called Acutech right away and there they were to my rescue! Cost me $ 75 to have my car towed from Doral to their shop. Ended up being my battery had gone and the terminals. It was ready next day.
Point of my LONG review? I’ve been a customer for years, this review is 5 stars based off of consistency in excellent customer service and the impeccable work that’s provided. I will continue to patron at Acutech and I always recommend them to everyone!
