I stayed at a local hospital for four days due to a vertical headache. The doctors at the hospital could not determine the cause of my headache. The headache was so unbearable that I could not stand or sit more than three seconds. I opted out a suggested invasive procedure, blood patch, because I was getting better every day. After seeing Dr. Zhou for a week, I was at 98% better according to my neurologist. Dr. Zhou is friendly and knowledgeable. He is so helpful through the entire acupuncture process.

His office is calming, the acupuncture itself is not painful, many times I have actually fallen asleep. He follows each treatment with a brief massage to continue the effects of increased circulation. You can’t go wrong with seeing a specialist who is Chinese and learned the art from where this practice originated! Needless to say, the doctor here is very knowledgable about the practice of Chinese medicine and has also had extensive experience teaching Chinese medicine in South Florida. He takes time to answer any of your questions and works with you to find the best option. Make an appointment and you get seen on time, a rarity in Miami in my experience. The service is top-​notch and you won’t be disappointed!
