i tried to return an item and the manager was so rude and snobby, she was searching on the reciept a reason for me not to return it, and she found the tag in the bag and an apparent piece of hair on the shirt, and did not let me return it because shed «assumed it had been worn». i work in retail in the same mall and would never do this to a customer. i will never shop in this abercrombie again. horrible customer service.

Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Only four fitting rooms available with a line of people waiting. As a result I decided to put my items on hold and return later. Up on my return I approached a salesperson at the register and asked for the item I had put on hold. She had me waiting for 10 minutes maybe more while she folded items to be put away on the floor. The other sales person who happens to be the manager finished with her customer and asked if I needed help. I told her I had some items on hold and wanted my daughter to try them on. Her reply was my daughter
couldn’t try them on because she was closing in eight minutes and she couldn’t stay in the store not a minute past 9 PM. The manager said that there was nothing she could do about it pretty much. I guess she wasn’t interested in selling the products. With that type of service I’m never returning to the store again. This young lady does not understand customer service.

It’s so hard to actually buy something here. Every time I go there and want to buy something, it takes forever. There only ever seems to be one person at the register, although plenty of folks are milling around straightening things. Then, it is so slow to check out. Did someone not explain that the store makes money by selling items, not just displaying them prettily? If there’s a line, each register should be working.

I’ve purchased a few items at this location. As soon as you walk in here there is always someone to help you find what you’re looking for. The place is always organize clean and above all smells good. It’s always pleasant buying here.
