Came out the next day that I called. Had a small leak due to all the recent rains we’ve been having. One of their project managers (John i think) came out and explained to us where the leak was and told us they could have someone out there later that week to patch it. We had a few other estimates but they were the quickest to start the job so we went with them. They came, it was patched over the course of a few days and now were leak free. *fingers crossed*

DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING THIS CONTRACTOR! Very unprofessional and never showed up. I will not waste my time with John as he never even called to cancel the appointment. The day of the «scheduled appointment» I was waiting 2 hours and made several attempts of reaching him and he sent me straight to his voice mail. Don’t waste your time!
